Welcome to this AOE2 Drush into Archers build order tutorial! This beginners guide will help you master the AOE2 dark age rush into archers strategy and it is a build order that I recommend to intermediate level players.

The main aim of going militia into archers in AO2 is to be able to militia rush your enemy and cause as much damage as possible and delaying their Feudal age and army production before switching to an AOE2 Archer Rush to build on that damage that you have caused. this will delay your castle age time however you will have hopefully delayed theirs more or at least have a good sized army available if they do reach the castle age first, with no army. AOE2 Drush into Archers build order is as follows:-
6 vills to sheep
4 to wood (with LC)
1 boar
1 build 2 houses then berries
3 berries (lure 2nd boar with food existing boar villager)
1 to collect 10 gold then go to wood
1 to make barracks and house then wood
make 3 militia then attack
7 new villagers to sheep, send 3 to farms
Loom
Click up feudal age
Once sheep are finished, move 6 to wood and 4 to gold
IN FEUDAL AGE
make 2 ranges and blacksmith
5 new villager to gold
make archers and research fletching
make farms with berry villagers
