I am halfway thru making this wonderful dessert. They are in the freezer now. So far it has been fun and easy. I am concerned that I pushed the jellied apple centers too far down into the mold but if so, I will do better next time. By the way the white chocolate mousse is DELICIOUS on its own. I only have one mold so I had a lot left over and we ate it and loved it as is. The only gelatin leaves that I had on hand Bruno were "silver" strength so I hope that the mousse holds. If you read this, I hope that you can tell us what strength of gelatin leaves that you use so that I can order the right strength. Thank you for your fun and wonderful recipes Bruno.
