Cannot source finger limes so would appreciate any suggestions re a substitute. I think small minced rhubarb pieces might work. using eye mesurements from the video with spherical ice molds and then carving it into a lemon shape and melting with heat to smooth them then i used a tooth brush to spray the final coatings citron caviar replaced with orange, if you peal the skin correctly and with patiente you can obtain those... juice-sacks made on my crappy kitchen, still tasty and take my word they seem to be the same as those before the gold coating
