Well it’s been only 1 day, the first exercise was pretty hard because I’m phat on the thighs but I did it, I was sweating on the middle but it was hard but don’t leave cramps or anything today im 47,8kg

I am gonna update this for four months Measurement Left thigh: 47 cm Right thigh: 47 cm Day 1: ✅ I did it. It was pretty easy Day 2: ✅ Better than yesterday. Day 3: ✅ My legs are starting to get slim. Like and reply so I can remember to update everyday Day 4: ✅ I am starting to get my thigh gap And for you guys to know I am not on a diet. Day 5: ✅ I already have a thigh gap now but I am not gonna stop. Day 6: ✅ My legs are 44 cm. IDK but my legs are slimming so fast. Guys remember that you are still beautiful with thick legs Day 7: ✅ I got my complete thigh gap I don't have chicken legs anymore Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ I was not busy at all so did it four times. Remember to eat healthy for it to be effective fast 😊. Day 10: ✅ My thighs are still 44cm but I lost 6kgs. Day 11: ✅ Lost 0.6cm Day 12: ✅ I felt a little too thin and unhealthy so I only did It once. Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ 2 weeks already over and my thighs are 39cm. Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Remember to drinks lots of water to prevent blackouts. Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ✅ Important tip: If you feel too sick or unhealthy don't do the exercises. Just do it for an extra day when you feel better again. Don't starve yourselves as well. Day 24: ✅ Day 25: ✅ I lost 3 more kgs so far. Day 26: ✅ Day 27: ✅ I didn't feel like to do it but still did. Day 28: ✅ I looked at my self and got scared. Everyone called me unhealthy because of my legs. Day 29: ✅ I stopped eating too much healthy food because my legs look like Wonyoung's. Day 30: ✅ I gained 1.7kgs for eating but it's btter than being unhealthy, right? 1 months is already over time for the measurements 😊 Right inner thigh 37cm Left inner thigh 37cm 2nd month Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Doing this everyday, I almost lost track!😅 Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ If you have any questions you guys can ask. I lost like 1cm in my upper thighs so far, and I am currently at 11 days (with one active rest day, two other workouts and a healty diet). I don't know if that's good, but it's quite hard for me to loose weight, especially in my thighs, so I am grateful. What about you?

@@irushtheworld2639 ahh it's so hard for me to lose fat from my thighs too I was on a diet for so long but now I'm back to my normal eating and i gained weight now im trying to be only healthy with other workouts (cardio ab workout etc.) and no junkfood (sorry if i have grammar mistakes im not a native speaker lol)

@@peytonryle3809 I did! I started to see a thigh gap around day three. Ive been doing this for about two and a half weeks and when I run my thighs don't brush together as often! it could be also due to my diet as I cut off most of the sugar I usually have.

lets see how it goes START: LEFT THIGH: 60 CM RIGHT THIGH: 60CM ***i am doing many exercises other than this*** DAY 1: ✅ wanted to give up mid way, but still did it DAY 2: ✅ a bit easy, but still :). DAY 3: ✅ it was easier than before, maybe cuz ive got the hang of it. BUT LIKE I CAM SEE SOME RESULTS!!! not major, but its just the 3rd day DAY 4: ✅ ahhhh.. save meeee. ill still keep going and keep trying DAY 5: ❌ I got my period, so I don't exercise on my first 3 days. i still do walk 6,000-10,000 steps a day DAY 6: ❌ DAY 7: ❌ DAY 8: ✅I'm still on my period, but ill do it. i do see a difference. ITS NOT HUGE, MY NOT SMALL EITHER. ITS NOTICABLE DAY 9: ✅ AHHHHH DAY 10: ✅ GUYSSS. U CAN DO IT. ill share my results after every 15 days. but i can see a difference DAY 11: ✅ WAHHH IT HAS ONLY BEEN 11 DAYS. FEELS LIKE AN ETERITY. but well it became easier now, and I can see a difference. BangTan Blues But you don’t need slimmed down your legs for wearing what do you want. I was like you for four years, i lost 15 kgs but i didn’t wear any pants or shorts. I realized my body wanna wear all of these but my mind didn't let me. Then i tried to love myself. Im still on this journey, im still wanna slimmed down my tights but i love my body and legs despite all my body dysmorphohia. So please try love yourself, wear that, you can cry when you wearing all you wanted. But in the long term you’ll be more comfortable.

I did this twice every day, once in the morning and once in the evening for a week straight and the results are AMAZING. I went from having one spot where my thighs don't touch to having one spot where they do. I also walked 10k steps a day, but that was already part of my day before.

Girls please dont feel discouraged if this doesn't work for you in 7 days. She already had fairly thin thighs so if your thighs are bigger than hers its going to take a little longer but you can do it!! I can finally say that I've reached my goal, always thought it was impossible, but guess what, it is not. I believe in you all ❤️️️❤️️️

I'm going to do this for 3 weeks please remind me! (I'm doing this work out, 100 curlups, and 100 x another exercise (idk the name), and an arm workout) gotta glow up before school starts... DAY 1: ✓ it felt so good to finish! there was this video i saw where if you massage your thighs the exercise might help a bit more. I don't know if it works but i'm doing it anyways. I have hope for this exercise. DAY 2: x ✓ There was a heatwave where i lived and i would have died if i exercised that day 😭 (i did half of it before my dad came in and walked in on me almost) DAY 3: ✓ IT felt easier! i always die at the last stretch though… YOU GUYS GOT THIS!! DAY 4: ✓ It’s not even hard anymore for me! i’m seeing some results, a little bit but nothing that noticeable DAY 5: ✓ I HAVE A THIGH GAP I REPEAT I HAVE A THIGH GAP. Ok so results are definitely there, I didn't have a thigh gap before so mine is very small. But it's still there. It's not my goal but I'm going to keep on doing this because even though this is little progress its still progress! DAY 6: ✓ Done! I'm going to keep on doing this for a while. The results I want aren't all there but trust me and do it... YOU GUYS CAN DO THISSS DAY 7: x Ok so I was just really tired today for no reason, Like i didn't exercise or anything but my body was aching so I didn't do this workout. (But either way its good that I took a break and did it 5-6 times a week because Its always good to give your body a rest too. I'm also so proud because this is the first time ever that I've sticken to a workout. and I'm happy with my results. I'm not giving up. Also doing this workout has motivated me to actually start workout out and do other exercises so I'm really proud. (I didn't work out before but I did do a lot of sports during school, and was athletic but during the summer I was kinda gaining fat so I decided to work out by myself) sorry for ranting but this honestly made me so much happier and motivated me a lot so I really recommend it. :)

To anyone who's been planning on doing this but isn't sure if it works: April's workouts are like magic. Not only this one, but all of them work. I've been doing this for a while now along with other April's workouts and saw results within a few days. I was very insecure about my body, and when i realized that my thighs were actually getting thinner, I was really happy because workouts never worked for me. I don't do it twice a day and i don't do diet, i love eating sweets and i eat them almost everyday. A good thing to do that will help you have thinner thighs (or body in general) faster is to drink 1-2 glasses of water the first thing you do when you wake up. Don't give up! You can do it! ✨🖤 Edit: when I started doing it my thighs had 63 cm, now they're at 54 cm!

Water first thing in the morning really does speed up metabolism ! Also, a big glass of water before each meal helps feeling fuller faster and fasten the metabolism ;) Good luck on your weight loss journey :D

I recommend cardio and running :) In the video we can see she already has slim legs to start with. And the size differs with wether or not the body retained water (to avoid water retention, drink more water ! Drink water all the time, carry a reusable water bottle everywhere) and alimentation does a lot ! Write what you eat in a day and send it to me if you want ;)

@@lovedahyun611 just keep on doing it! It worked easily for me, but it might not be the same for everyone. Every body is different. Yò's advice is also really good! I also do exercises for the entire body and before I did those exercises i used to dance a lot, so maybe that's what helped me lose thigh fat faster. Anyways, I'm not an expert on the subject, but i hope this helps you! Good luck!

Okay so i’ve been doing this workout twice for 2 weeks and it’s been really effective! My tips are to avoid fatty sugary foods and drink loads of water so you don’t feel hungry. If you don’t get results immediately within a week don’t feel discouraged, just do this work out consistently and trust the process ❤ Please do trust me and don’t give up!

@@boatlanman sometimes weak muscles look like fat so if you have slim legs but they look flabby that's not fat and you don't need a calorie deficit. Learned this the hard way after not eating correctly for months and ending up with a bit of fat loss but no toning so I still didn't look good Like people said I look thinner and it's noticeable but my body isn't toned

@@saaishakotian3207 Yeah, I've been doing this for more than 2 weeks already and I already see the changes! I've also been taking 4-5 hour walks in town, drinking water 20 minutes before eating breakfast/lunch/dinner also helps a LOT!! And here's another tip, after you finish eating you should wait for 2 hours and then drink water, after 15-20 minutes you can eat whatever you want. It's for the best to eat fruits on lunch. (but that's your choice) Anyway... I hope this will be helpful!

Trying this workout for a month! Starting with thighs: 56cm 1st day:✅✅ (done twice) 2nd day:✅✅ (hurts a lot but not giving up) 3rd day:✅✅ (still hurts but less) 4th day:✅✅ (still hurts the same like yesterday, I didn't do the stretching) by the way I'm not eating healthy, which is something I don't recommend because starving isn't good. 5th day:✅✅ 6th day:✅ (did this once / didn't hurt at all) 7th day: ✅✅✅ (did thrice) I'll measure at the end of the month. 8th day:✅✅ 9th day:✅✅ 10th day:✅ did once bc I was very tired 11th day:✅✅✅(hurts a lot) 12th day:✅✅ After measuring: 54cm it works slowly to me. 13th day:✅✅ 14th day:❌ I got injured so I can't really do any exercise. I'll try my best tomorrow :( 15th day:✅✅ 16th day:✅✅ 17th day:✅✅ 18th day:✅✅ 19th day:✅✅ 20th day:✅✅ After measurement: 54cm (it stopped working)

OK let's do this my leg measurements are: Left- 63cm Right- 63cm I am 70kg and 178cm tall just as reference. Now I do dance everyday as well and I have a pretty healthy diet so that might effect it. Day 1✅ Day 2✅ Day 3✅ Day 4✅ Day 5✅ OK on this day I did a lot of exercise before hand so just incase that might make a difference I thought I'd mention it. Day 6✅ Day 7✅ OK so measurements Right leg: 62cm Left leg: 62cm Ok so that's not a very big difference and I couldn't see a difference but I think if I do it for longer it will be more effective but I don't think I will bother carrying on just bc my gymnastics club has opened again and I will be doing more vigorous training again. But I hope this helps other people.

Im doing this workout (for however long) and here are my honest results! I’m 17 year old girl who’s 5’0 and about 110 pounds who’s goal is slimming and toning. Day 1: ✅ not too hard, I felt a burn right before the middle of the workout and I want to work on stability although I feel like I did pretty well. Edit: ok I haven’t updated this bc I didn’t know there were any replies until today. I’ve been doing this on and off for about three months now from 2-5 times a week. I am definitely noticing a bigger gap in between my legs. I feel a bit of a lighter in my thighs whereas before I felt all my weight in my legs when I am bloated. I feel healthy and relaxed after this workout. I will update if i See drastic changes as I continue to do this more regularly for summer :) I should also note that I’ve lost weight just from eating changes, so that contributed to my legs I’m assuming along w this workout

doing this for a month!!! - im pairing this with april hans slim thigh workout day 1: ✅ -> i didn’t feel much of a burn tbh but ummm we’ll see day 2: ✅ -> i was actually a bit sore from yesterday but doing this workout again felt so much better the burn kinda helped w the soreness day 3: ✅ -> was actually more sore than yesterday but it went away as soon as i started working out day 4: ✅ -> i wasn’t sore so that was good but i also haven’t checked for progress yet 😭 day 5: ✅ day 6: ❌ -> i went on like a three hour walk today so um day 7: ✅ -> i definitely noticed that my thighs don’t rub together as much as before day 8: ✅ day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ day 11: ✅

I’m doing this for a month Day 1: Done [ Did it once ] Day 2 : Done [ Did it twice] Day 3 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 4 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 5 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 6 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 7 : Done [ Did it twice ] -Overall in the first 7 days there isn’t a gap between my thighs whilst standing up but when sitting down ( hugging my knees ) there is a gap which wasn’t there before, I feel like they have reduced, but since there isn’t a gap yet, I will continue for another week or two- Day 8 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 9 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 10 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 11 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 12 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 13 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 14 : Done [ Did it twice ] - 2 weeks done and I have to say my thighs have reduced, though whilst standing up there isn’t a gap yet but the same as the other week when sitting down or raising both my feet in the air the gap is visible and it’s even bigger, and I have noticed above my knees the fat on my thighs have reduced whist sitting down i noticed the change, I just have 2 more weeks and hopefully by that time I have reduced my thighs a lot more and I tried on some pants I bought a while back they Deere too tight back then but now they fit perfectly so I feel really motivated and I’m going to continue- Day 15 : Done [ Did it twice ] Day 16 : Done [ Did it twice ]

I did this 2 times a Day for 2 weeks .I did the first one in the morning and the second one in the evening. I started at 60 cm and my results is 55.6 cm! i still don’t have a thigh gap but they are toned and slim ✨

I've been doing this workout for every day for around a year now, and the results are insane! I have theigh gap for the first time in my life. Dont feel discouraged and give up! It's all worth it in the end ♡

Okay, I decided to start today too! I'm tired of putting everything off until tomorrow. Before: 53 After: 52,5 Okay, in the end, my upper leg changed by about 0.5 centimeters, but the muscles were definitely stronger. I think if I continue to do workout, I will see better results. And I think this result is due to the fact that my legs are really my problem area and fat is deposited there. But the lower part of the leg has lost weight!!! She was 39 and he was 38. And surprisingly, I lost weight in the waist by 1 centimeter (was 63, became 62). So good luck to everyone who starts and doesn't need to get upset if something doesn't work out. Always consider the features of your body! Day 1: ♥ (the first day was a bit difficult because I felt tired all day. I often feel tired lately even though I don't do anything. this workout will work BUT NOT IN 7 DAYS. That 7 days duration is only for people who already have lean thighs. Some people need more time than that.

Starting inner thigh size right: 50.5 cm / 19.8 inches Starting inner thigh size left: 50.5 cm / 19.8 inches Day 1:✅️ ( felt a burn in my thighs but so far seems pretty good ) Day 2:✅️ ( wooh felt a bit more of a burn and i think its working well because i see a very slight difference) Day 3: ( hi guys, I just couldn't push myself to do it today, I'm wayy too tired to do anything and it's already quite late at night and I played reallllyy hard at football practice today and I was not able to do it, I'm really sorry guys, I will do it twice tomorrow to try and make up for it, I know it's not the same but I will still try, hopefully playing football today will make up for it 😅) :( Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Ending inner thigh size right: Ending inner thigh size left: Every morning i am having a 500 ml glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice in it before i eat any food and im not drastically changing my diet but im trying to eat less food than i usually do.
