FILM DESCRIPTION:
Once home to the most advanced civilization on Earth, the city of Atlantis is now an underwater kingdom ruled by the power-hungry King Orm. With a vast army at his disposal, Orm plans to conquer the remaining oceanic people -- and then the surface world. Standing in his way is Aquaman, Orm's half-human, half-Atlantean brother and true heir to the throne. Kudos to the costume designer(s) behind Black Manta. It’s not too complicated to be distracting, yet detailed enough to be grounded in reality. Plus they nailed his iconic helmet. If done poorly, it would’ve looked ridiculous.

I love how they basically copied the look of Black Manta from the comics and didn’t change it hardly at all, personally I think the all black and red looks better than the black and silver helmet. I love this part and Black Manta as a villain and also Jason Momoa as Aquaman. He made a goofy character cool. Great movie!😎👌

To anybody who says Black Manta looks like a Power Rangers villian with that suit: Even if he was CGI'd, he'd still look pretty goofy. At the end of the day, I'm glad they stuck with practical effects and costumes, because actuallity beats computer effects anyday and I think he still looks like a badass villian nonetheless.

I hate to be that guy... but in all honesty, Aquaman brought Black Manta's vengeance upon himself. Yes, Manta and his father were pirates and killers, but real heroes save even the bad guys. If Arthur had saved Manta's father, Manta wouldn't have come after him wanting blood for blood

Aquaman doesn't really have a no kill rule. He doesn't have much tolerance for bad people. And those pirates were pretty bad people. As Arthur said, they killed innocent people. And yes, Aquaman's actions is what creates Black Manta. Thats what happened in the comics as well. THough it may have been a part of Aquaman's arc. Seeing as how he causes the death of Manta's father in the beginning but then shows mercy to Orm at the end

Just going to say wow. The color in this movie is beautiful. This film has more vibrance and more beautiful shots than all of the MCU movies combined. Marvel always has dull-ish looking movies, not even Endgame was at this level of beauty.

This scene was very well directed, there is much less cuts than the current action movies, and when It has, they make it more fluid with cuts that together make a sequel. That is why its so pleasure to watch
