Agree with you mate. Recording and producing such content for us on KZfaq not only benefit us to learn from your immense experience but also gives you an opportunity to kind of "think-aloud" with your aquascaping process. It is almost as if you are talking through every step. And thinking aloud does help a lot, even though it's subconscious!

George. In my humble opinion, you are now one of World's greatest aquascapers! I have kept tropical fish for almost 40 years, and have recently started looking at aquscaping because of you, Green Aqua, Aquarium Gardens, Aquarium Co-Op, Jacob's Aquariums and the Cine Scaper to name only a few. Obviously, we are all inspired by the Great Man, Mr Amano, but thank you.

George, really appreciate how you go over all the types and names of the plants. One of the big reasons why I appreciate your channel a lot is because you use slow growing low maintenance plants. Many of us are super busy and cannot allow enough time for trimming and upkeep. Love the rambling because there is always useful information.

Great vlog, some of those PFK pictures and the “heated soil” advice brought me back some years, I used to read PFK cover to cover and talk about it to anyone who’d listen, so fortunate to be introduced to Heiko Beleher through that mag also. Great content again thanks for the memories.

Hi George, great vlog on the plants, nice to see that you managed to save so many and great to see them being reused.Hardscape is looking really sharp. At first the hardscape looked a little odd and tryhard. But after you repositioned the wood it looks like one big piece of wood which is laying on top of the rocks, and it looks good from both sides. Well done!

I like how the new hardscape turned out. In particular you thinking aloud with the positioning of the rocks I found it very instructive in how a little trial and error can work effectively towards a compositional advantage. Much appreciated!

My recent scape uses plants from different tanks, I did a 3 punch clean up - Bleach, Peroxide, and Excel and to my surprise, the current tank has no algae issue.

Even if you didn't agree with much of my last feedback, you added at least the big stone in the back so the tank looks more harmonic in my opinion. ;) I'm looking forward to the moment when you will have finished the planting

Hey George! Love the video. It really helps me a lot. But I was wondering. You’ve inspired me to start my first aquascape tank. It’s gonna be a 6 gal. Fluval EDGE. If I only have Co2, and lots of plants, would I need an actual air pump? Or would the plants he enough? Plan on keeping 4-5 tetras or 4-5 shrimp. Thank you for the amazing content!

We all the rambling! I love when you ramble on about you’re tanks, and then or show us how to do it! Even if you’ve shown how you’ve cleaned you’re tank a million times I still enjoy it.. can’t wait for the day you scape my tank! It’s Looney off ukaps btw! Ha! Yes, I usually formulate a rough plan. My fish selection is usually based on continents. Wherever the majority of plants originate I choose fish accordingly, then choose on body shape and size appropriate for tank shape and size 👍
