At 3:39, this not saffron, the powder look too yellow to be saffron. They mixed it with curcumic or carthame flower to gain in weight.

rima1815 Rima it is on the yellow side yet it most probably is still pure saffron just not pure A grade. The top part of saffron thread is red the bottom of the same thread is yellowish white. If the powder is made with the whole thread the final colour is slightly orange and that means the colour unit is down and the crocin content is lower. The saffron powder made from the top tip of the threads of saffron are however red. Check out PureSaffrona New Zealand saffron powder and you know what I mean by A grade powder.
