The only reason why Laurel is back in the flash forward its because of crisis of infinite earth. It's pretty obvious that earth 2 merged with earth 1.

Good episode imo. I enjoyed the main plot of the episode , i thought it was jarring that Laurel just backslided into Black Siren initially but i understood it more as the story progressed. i understood both Felicity's perspective and Dinah's ( to an extent) on Laurel and whether she can be brought back on the side of good. Sara's inclusion was nice aswell , she's still my favorite Black Canary on the show and i enjoyed her scene about redemption with Laurel at Lance's grave. the flashforwards were fine but i did like the moment of Laurel coming to save Mia as The Earth 2 Black Canary , i thought it was a nice moment between them and showed how she is still trying to redeem herself in the future by being a hero and doing it because she wants to and not because of Lance. The Subplot of Oliver and Diggle investigating Emiko's mother's death was nice too. so it was indeed Dante who was behind it , using one of the Longbow Hunters to kill Emiko's mom. i guess he killed Emiko's mom so she would fully commit herself to The Ninth Circle and take up his leadership position but she went to investigate and find her mother's killer instead.

Curious why Eric has such an issue with Mia being angry all the time and impulsive when that exactly how Oliver was in S1 also. She's really playing the character as close to early Oliver as she can really. I like her although I will admit that William is my fave future character

If only this show had stuck to having Laurel as one character instead of splitting her up into like... three or four (Sara, Laurel, Dinah, and Earth-2 Laurel). Could have easily had a fun team-up episode like this, but with Laurel, Thea, Nyssa, maybe Huntress or someone?

I got to admit I get annoyed when people say things like the one Q&A where they said they wanted birds of prey just because it would be a team of all women. It feels like the opposite of equality to simplify characters and say you just like them cause of their gender. Like in this episode I didn't even notice until over half way through the episode when a character mentioned it that it was only women involved in the main plot. I was just enjoying the story cause it was a good story with good characters and felt like the show saying "But have you noticed how great it is that only women are involved?" does a slight disservice to the amazing story that was happening cause no I didn't notice because their gender shouldn't matter. I wasn't interested in watching Supergirl just cause she was a woman or liked when Sara became the team leader just cause she was a woman I just liked those things because the characters are great. So if they ever were to do a Birds of Prey show I hope they don't just skate buy on "It is an all female cast so people should just love it" and actually make the characters worth loving just because they have great personalities and stories.

Ps laurel isn’t leaving for good she is just sorting some stuff out on her earth and potentially becoming the black canary on her earth the one and only but she is coming back in the finale of season 7 plus laurel’s cry is more deadly and dangerous then Dinah’s fake one and Sara’s but again I still don’t see why they have Dinah on the show she isn’t a very good fighter and the fact laurel beat means laurel is way better fighter then Dinah the only times Dinah or the team has gotten one up on her is because there were 2 or more ganged up fighting her or she was seriously injured but now she was neither and I’m glad she kicked all their asses I like the fact that Mia doesn’t really like Dinah and likes laurel more u can tell she had a smile after laurel talked to her which means I think laurel started the canary group she looks like the leader and she is still looking out for felicity and Mia in the future but I do hope she has a kid or something in the future

Whoever the director was for this episode did a kickass job! WTG!

Good episode. Fight scenes were awesome. Happy to see Sara back on Arrow! Expected Dante to be behind Emiko's mothers murder. Now I hope they have her play double agent instead of confronting Dante. THAT ENDING 😱😱😱 E2 Laurel getting Black Canary's suit 😭😭😭 Dinah gets so dam annoying whenever she's like the way she is in this episode. Can't stand it. Also this won't be the last time we see Katie this season. She will also be back for season 8

4 things happen in this episode that made me think one:are we ok with them killing? Two:will Sara wear her costume in legends anymore? Three: will we see deathstroke before the show ends? Four:What was Oliver's sister up to while this happen?

Honestly, I'd be fine if this was Laurel's last appearance. It would be a very satisfying ending to her story.

My prediction is when Emily finds out the truth she'll turn on Dante and he'll put her in her place and almost kill her and she escapes and joins Oliver then sometime throughout Dante will kill Emiko. I had high hopes for Dante when he was introduced sliting throats I wanna see him unleashed if he is meant to be the big bad

First things first I liked the fact that laurel actually kicked Sara’s ass because it shows how good of a fighter siren really is hell she even took down the flash with her powers and hand to hand combat training and she didn’t even need powers to take Sara down it feels like old flash times where they made her very powerful and Beth has finally done an amazing job laurel giving the mantle to the one true canary even knowing it should’ve gone to her in the first place not Dinah and Dinah is very useless now in my opinion and I loved how laurel was constantly protecting felicity because she was pregnant she would make a great auntie or god mother but laurel needs a new canary suit for season 8 a cross between her siren one and her canary one and a new mask she needs a suit to represent both of her sides and when Marc Guggenheim was showrunner on arrow he never gave black siren or black canary or Katie Cassidy a chance to show how epic of a hand to hand combatant she really is but when Beth came on Katie has done all of her stunts that is why it all looks so much better and improved in this episode

Pretty good ep, however, that bomb McGuffin was lame. They're stealing a bomb, that can blow out a room but not level a building, and yet it will fetch a very high price on the market. Um, okaaay. It would be easier, and probably a lot more cheaply done for the yield involved, by using more common methods. Oh, and blowing the room with the bad guys still in it, likely killing some/all is not really supposed to happen, Officer Dinah. Lastly, whatever grenade-type Laurel grabbed and threw that exploded and knocked over a lot of shelving: what was that doing there out in the open just waiting for someone to use? It was nice to see Sarah back on Arrow, though

Have you guys realized that every season on Flash, Legends, and Arrow they have a women's center episode. ps. I dislike Mia as well Eric, I need more from her.

Still disappointed that this series based on green arrow never made Oliver and laurel a thing like the comics but because the fans wanted him with felicity they said f the comics and those two characters years of history and let’s go with the fans. Like they could of had felicity and atom together like in the comics if they wanted too.

This episode was okay. I'm not a big fan of the rumored flashforwards spinoff show and I'm still not a big fan of Olicity. I'm glad the show is ending this year and I'm glad Felicity won't be a part of next season.

Mia being angry and impulsive is literally season 1 Oliver but...okay.

The main plot of her backsliding was kind of irksome to me. The thing that really bothered me was that she was basically aiding and abetting murder by Shadowthief. Didn't she just stand there while he stabbed a a guy? Regressive arcs can work if they make sense but I don't know. This one didn't really make sense. And regressive arcs don't work without accountability in my opinion. She basically gets off Scott free without accountability for the lives she contributed taking.

Good episode but tbh arrow kinda struggles without “the Green Arrow”

This what's supposed to be when E1 Laurel died. A Redemption for E2 Laurel and become the BLACK CANARY. But no, they had to involve another Black Canary (Dinah Drake), so it becomes really confusing.

What if the flashfowards haven't been that but they been Earth 2 stories

This was such a sloppy episode to me. The immediate forgiveness of Laurel after she killed and robbed several different people, the random appearance of the gun toting nameless henchmen in the finale, the homicide of those same henchmen (after knocking them all unconscious), Diggle yelling to get Oliver’s attention while they’re on a covert mission, Felicity and Dinah discussing Laurel’s previous murders as they sign papers that another policeman is holding. I mean, wtf was that. It’s like they’re barely even trying
