Is there any way to add a torque sensor ? When I peddle no matter how fast i get full power on the assist level I’m in. Can i maybe reprogram to get a linear increase of power depending on how fast i peddle?

Can i use the brake cut off connections on my existing bafang hardness instead of the connection you added on the ASI? Thx.

Hi sir, would you please like to share with us how you are programming the asi bac 800....to sense for throttle, PAC , brake cut off and gear change cut off. I'm having trouble with it.

Plug and play is great but please make a video about how to mount to the bicycle frame. There are only two tapped threads on the unit and not in a great location for mounting. I really don't want to strap it to the frame with zip ties. There should be a more professional looking way to mount it. Also could you cover water proofing and cable securing hiding? This is a great product but is lacking in design as far as installation goes. Even some 3D printed options for mounting brackets and cable management would be an excellent addition to your product line. Thanks Alan

Thanks for the demo. Up till now I never knew if the controller was internal or external. Haven't looked too hard! I would be connecting this to a egg rider display. That should not cause any issues?

No issues Sparkie, the eggrider supports the ASI natively.

Literally I was thinking if there was an easy way to get a smoother ride for my bike and I stumbled on this. I'm not ready to jump to 72volts on the battery yet tho. If I understand correctly using this controller in place of the stock bafang one will allow me to have much smoother and easier throttle control. Will this controller enable me to push 50amps to the BBSHD. I have a quality battery that will take the draw. I like the look of the eggrider. Will this program the controller and allow for pas.. Sorry for so many questions! Cheers and thanks for the videos.

Yes to all your questions, and also you will gain higher RPM as well. About 2000 additional RPM even with a 52V battery

If someone could answer this question that i have, that would be great. I was wondering what method or items you would use to make a connect between two other wires like in this video (for ex. like in this video he has parts of the wire covered with shrink tubes.)

Hi Alan I'm sorry to address you publicly, but I can't get in touch with you through support. One week after came my order #410 . Where I order ASI BAC800 for bbshd, half twist throttle and Eggrider. But there is no eggrider and half twist throttle in the parcel. Since I know there are incompatibility issues with eggrider please send me the NXT color touch screen display also half twist throttle . I'm thinking you are okay.

I don't understand what he is doing except promoting the controller which is one customer commenting below that the controller is a deffective and no one answer the claim.

this sounds about right. I placed an order April 2nd. web sight just says, "awaiting fulfillment". I have called. I have e-mailed. I have called again. No response to anything. I keep getting Alans voicemail. I paid extra for 3 day shipping. It's been 30 days and I got nothing. Be warned. He takes your money. He delivers nothing.

On April 6th I got an e-mail that says: *** This is an automated message, please do not reply *** Electric Race Technologies has sent you a message about your order. Message: Hi *****, I dont have any throttles at the moment, can I send your kit now without throttle? I am expecting throttles to come in early next week. Thanks To reply click here. Electric Race Technologies electricrt.com/ I have replied via e-mail multiple times, the web site, telephone calls. Every way possible. From the looks of it, this guy just don't care. Or hes dead, or in intensive care.

@@joblessalex And he did charge me. PURCHASE AUTHORIZED ON 04/02 WPY*Electric Race 855-469-3729 CA S380093601016616 CARD 4364 $366.30 He takes peoples money. And delivers nothing. Then ignores all forms of communication. At the moment, this is theft. He takes the money. Then, makes out like there is a supply side problem, so I do not dispute the charges in the first 30 days. Then after 30 days, drops all pretense of working on the order and goes silent, and keeps the customers money in his pocket. Seems like premeditated theft. Or, am I wrong?

@@tkreddeath006 I'm not saying he's good lol. I have a controller that's busted from delivery that he still hasn't replaced or shown me what I've done wrong if it's on my end. I don't recommend buying.
