TRIGGER WARNING!!! |anxiety| |trauma| |panic attack| i just had a panic attack about past trauma/abuse, and and i usually go to my sister to help me but her door was locked so i couldn't get in my sisters room. i had a meltdown on the hallway floor because i didn't know what to do (i've had panic attacks before but not nearly as bad as this one) i cried so loud and i was hyperventilating so bad my throat went so dry and it hurt so bad she woke up from me gasping for air in a ball on the floor. she helped me calm down and made sure i was comfortable. even though she helped me calm down it's still hard to fall asleep so this helps so much because it helps me differentiate the past and present. it was my first time having a flashback like that because i suppressed my childhood for so long i never knew what happened to me, but i think it's slowly starting to come back because i remember things from childhood that i never did beforehand. thank you so much for this it really helped me calm down❤️ edit: btw it's 3 am and this happened/ended 15 minutes ago lmao

In my brain I feel when I afraid of something, that someone is about to break my door and come to beat me up... That happened in my childhood, my brother used to open my room all of sudden and...
