Check alternator clutch. IT Look IT is locked. That alternator clutch locked destroy belt tensioner. Do not replace parts without knowing what destroyed them.!!!!!

I did not understand what you said, which is fine. But I could not understand why you do show how you take a part the whole front. I have the same problem with my car. I do not get the belt tensioner out because the torx screw is striped (rounded)

I have problem with this kind of engine, water pump is runing in wrong direction and its driven by serpentine. Everything must rotate in a clockwise direction. This routing of serpentine is only good if you have water pump with a backward direction but I never saw that kind of a water pump. Belive or not this engine will work and never will be overheated even wp is runing in wrong direction...and that is probably becouse of visco fan....but if you say somebody that car engine working without water pump....they will say you man you are crazy...only you dont have good heatin inside of a car. 😉
