I have been feeling so desperate with my autoimmune issues. I’ve just given up trying new tricks new medicine new doctors. I had no idea how to regulate my food. This video was an answer to prayer. It’s incredible that I asked my prayer team to pray for me today that I be able to With stand what I’m going through and I come home and open up Facebook and see this. Just the fact that I’m not making this up, that it’s real, and that other people suffer is so comforting. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to both. ❤

I love love love this!!! I have been telling my husband forever now that we need to be guarded and mindful of pharmaceuticals and processed food. Two years ago I prayed to God to help me make my family healthier and he has answer my prayers just not in the manner I expected. I once had a parish priest say be careful what you pray for because God will give it to you and boy was he right. I have learned so much and have been able to help my husband and my children. My one daughter who is only 3 has severe eczema so we do the weird diets and it has made us social pariahs amongst family. People get so offended when you're not doing what everyone else is doing. Even other Catholic moms give me a side eye at times. It's so nice to have Catholic mothers talking about this!

I have to wonder if the environment in Steubenville may be toxic for those with sensitive immune systems. This was a very industrial area and probably lots of unhealthy stuff in the soil, air, water and even in the homes. Remember, tests for air, water, and soil quality often don't test for much of the poisons that lie dormant. Remember the train wreck in East Palestine area? A lot of the tests that showed water was 'safe' wasn't actually testing for the things that had spilled from that train.

Agreed. When hearing Cameron talk in the past about how much better she felt in Florida than in Ohio and how her health really tanked in Stubenville, my first thought was mold. Mikala Peterson had an article about how her health tanked one year after successful carnivore for several years, and she found the cause was prolonged exposure to mold almost her entire life. If Cameron has time, she should consider a mold test to see if that is contributing to her illnesses!

Sun through the day at Angelus times, blue light blocked after dark (or candles), mag glycinate + mag chloride at bedtime (you can try taurine & theanine a few times a week too for extra reparative test) will have you sleeping blissfully deeply! (Not medical advice of course, take with a grain of salt ;)

Thank you both so much for sharing this information. In Donegal we get very liitle sun exposure Unfortunately!! Caroline you look amazing and so healthy. Praise God, yourself and Cameron are feeling so much better. I have Crohns and psoriatic arthritis. Unfortunately, I can't tolerate healthy oils. I have been grain free and dairy free for a long time but still having severe digestive issues. Resulting in a very limited diet and not been able to feed my body the nutrients it needs. Please continue to share your health journeys.💞

It’s amazing what carnivore, “The proper human diet” can do. I think it has a lot to do with what Andy Cutler discovered about how only protein can properly detox the body safely. Plants both have imperfect detoxers that stir toxins up and toxins that add to the toxic load. Dr. Pompa does an improved version of the Andy Cutler method. I’m excited to see all the healing that is possible. I’ve been so tired of being sick and tired.

It is amazing! I’ve been eating carnivore for a couple of years now. But the way you write about it with so many buzzwords is going to turn people off. You made it sound like a fad diet and it comes off overly defensive. People will discover it when the time is right for them! No need to shove it down their throat

Magnesium glycinate for deep sleep, magnesium chloride for relaxation/anti-anxiety, magnesium taurate for brain fog/pms. I take 1-2g total each day as a combination of all 3 of these forms ^^
@sunshine.caroline
@sunshine.caroline 3 ай бұрын
Elemental magnesium is a term referencing bioavailability, but it can cause confusion with deceptive marketing. Natures blend brand is mag oxide, which can actually cause problems. Search for magnesium glycinate or magnesium chloride and look at the label to make sure it’s purely those forms, not hybrid blends with oxide, citrate, or sulfate ❤️

Didn’t mean to imply the past was free from sin - there’s evil everywhere (even though a child is statistically more likely to be abused by a public school teacher or Boy Scout leader than a priest). Simply meant that today, kids are facing an intensity of institutional and cultural propaganda never before seen in the West, amplified by kids’ exposure to technology. 30 years ago most kids weren’t exposed to abuse p0rn before age 10, or told by their middle school teachers they should try out polyamory. Lgbtq dogma is pushed in virtually every secular tv show down to Bluey for toddlers. My point is that if we’re consuming this mindlessly or sending our kids out to schools without question, we’re going to have major problems, and the same is true for health. The same people who push the anti-family, antihuman secular dogmas are the same ones trying to regulate small farms out of existence, push destructive diets in the name of health, and control pharma. We need to be mindful & take ownership, because thoughtless consumption of the standard American diet with recourse to the current medical system will ultimately leave you sick.

@@sunshine.caroline I just purchased a whole bottle of the glycinate with hopes I had found “the one”. Two days of headaches. I know moms who get a lot of mag to stall contractions say the headaches are brutal. When I talk to docs or nutritionists about the headaches they just look at me in disbelief. I’m a night shift nurse and would love to be able to take magnesium instead of melatonin.

Ah that’s awful! Oxide is the most common form found in mag supplements and can do more harm than good, including cause headaches. Citrate can as well. Try pure glycinate or chloride before bed, small amounts and work up. Your body needs magnesium to function!

Did I understand correctly that you only eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight? So a 150 pound person should only eat 0.33 pounds of protein per day? That doesn’t seem like much. Or is that a minimum? (Or am I doing the math wrong 😑)
@sunshine.caroline
@sunshine.caroline 3 ай бұрын
A 150lb person would need 150g of protein a day. The weight of the food itself doesn’t correlate to the protein content, so you can use apps like chronometer to figure out macronutrient quantities, look at the nutrition labels, or google them (eg a chicken breast has about 40g of protein, one egg has 13g, etc). Choose quality animal based sources (meat, eggs, dairy, collagen, gelatin). Plant based proteins are so highly processed and inflammatory that they’ll be counterproductive ❤️
