That failure to feed..?? That wasn't a factory Glock mag though. I would look at the mag first before the B&T..

Can you guys do a video of the Top 5 + 1 "tactical" bolt actions, or lever actions that can really "lay down the law effectively"? Here in Canada, we can't have AR-15s or M-14 DMRs. Could you do a video covering what top 5 bolt guns you guys would choose if semi-autos were not as available? Or do a video on the Top 5 most popular guns in Canada, Perhaps ft. Arm&Gun!

I bought my apc9k fde with the glock lower also because I’ve got a pile of them. It will accept every 9mm mag from the g18 all the way down to the g26. Fantastic pistol!

I've had my APC9K for about 5 months now and put a little over 1,500 rounds through it, the only trouble I have had has been the 3 SGM mags I had. Failure to feed and issues with the bolt release being so tight I couldn't get it to release. I haven't had any issues with Glock mags and after my last fits with the SGM i just replaced them with Glock, all the problems gone.

How does the length of the Glock mags compare to the B&t mags? How about reloading quick since they are angled.

I’ve got the Glock lower on my full-size 9 pro, flawless function. Now if only B&T would do the Glock lower on the 45, both their 9 and 10mm uses Glock mags. Come on guys, no one needs $110.00 mags.

I'd like to know what specific failures you've had with the B&T factory magazines. I have a few broken ones and when I contacted B&T, they implied their magazines were the cat's meow and they rarely hear of issues. Might be a good idea to gather data on specifics to get them to improve their magazines.

I'm curious if you encountered any problems in mounting your optic on the B&T's pic rail. I have a GHM9 which I tried to use a Vortex UH-1 Gen II. The Vortex mount wouldn't open wide enough to fit over the rail. I then encountered the same issue when trying to mount a Scalarworks LEAP 5 topped with a Trijicon MRO. Again the LEAP was not able to open wide enough to fit over B&T's pic rail. I'd really like to know your experience with this. Thanks.

I prefer my APC9SD with original B&T double stack, double feed magazines... Here they are not really more expensive than glock magazines... Greetings from Switzerland

@@tlshortyshorty5810 no shortage if that is what you mean. Sadly we are not allowed most hollow points. 1k 9mm Geco 124 grain FMJ is around 220CHF (about 240-250USD)

Great video brother I've been Undecided on which lower to go with I'm looking to get the Commemorative B&T APC9K PRO it only comes with the B&T lower so I will buy the Glock lower also. Thanks for the information 👍

that Steiner MRS looks nice, but is sitting kinda low. If you had the B&T telescopic stock, it would be uncomfortable over period of time (absolute co-witness matching the OEM sights works better and is more comfortable) After testing many, the winner is Holosun 510C - the perfect match for this gun (big window, 2MOA & 65MOA red dot circle)

They need to further recess and 360° fence the left side mag button and stiffen the spring up. Way too easy to dump the mag accidentally if shooting left handed cause a finger wants to find its way onto the button.

They do, but not in the shorter barrel K size, only in the full-size PCC.

Has anyone had issues with the APC9 Glock lower's magazine release lever on the right side being really stiff? it's not a smooth action dropping a magazine and I don't know if there's a "break-in" period on it or what, but I've been frustrated since picking it up earlier this month.

@@calebseverance6989 Yee. Plus the B&T has a recoil dampening buffer in the rear as well, along with it being suppressed makes for a super soft shooting gun for sure. They make 10mm and .45 versions of this model as well... I haven’t shot those yet, sadly.

Eric I am an UK man ,and wonder as an ameriçan citizen do I need a gun licence to own and usa cap and ball black powder pistol ? As to me it seems to be a bit unusual as an Englishman

Cap and ball guns are not considered firearms under US law and can be shipped directly to your door. So can powder, ball, etc., as well as ammunition. In most states, you also do not need a license to own any firearm. Some commie states like NJ, NY, Mass, IL, etc you may. In my state, I can walk into a local gun store, buy a gun and ammo, and be out in 5 min. Bigger chains have more bureaucracy so it typically takes longer there.

Nice if overpriced. I cannot help but think a CMMG Banshee would be much better if you already own AR type firearms. To be frank, I would prefer an MP5 with double column, double feed curved steel mags as they are better than the non-curved Glock and B&T polymer mags in adverse conditions IMO.

@@lf2245 single feed is inherently worse at both loading and feeding. All I’m saying is that there’s no good reason to have Glock mags for everything unless you’re super invested into that ecosystem because a double stack, double feed magazine is always better.

@@Super-Kuper ah, I see. I agree with the loading part, my SP5 mags are way more fun to load than my Glock mags. Lol. So far no reliability problems yet, luckily. I have a ton of glocks and Glock mags so it just makes sense for me to stick with them I guess. If they give me trouble I’ll just put the B&T lower back on.
