Hey Guys doesn't the 42 tooth sprint a little harder off the line than a 38 to sacrifice mph and visa versa? So with 38 it will be slower off the line but gain a mph or two right?

The smaller chainring actually decreases speed but increases the torque. I ride with 2 sometimes and the extra torque helps accelerate the bike faster.

This bike was originally a Pedal Electric AWD II but it has been modified heavily.

How has the stock battery held up?

It is now serving a different purpose but it has held up well.

@@apevowner761 would you recommend the bike? I would keep the hub motors. I heard you have to put torque tensioner, to help with the motor spinning out. Do you think that would help?

The bike now uses 2 52V batteries.
