Barfi, three ways in 5 minutes | Diwali Special |
Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
Ingredients:
3 tbs of Ghee
1 heaped tsp of Elachi / Cardamon
1 cup of Milk
2 cups of Milk powder
1 cup of Sifted Icing sugar
Chocolate Burfee: 1 tbs of Cocoa powder
Pink Burfee: 1 tbs of Rose water and a drop of Red / Pink food colouring
Greese bowls with butter and then and mixture.
** Refridgerate over night
Cut in squares or make Burfee balls or mould. Add coloured Almonds and edible Glitter if you wish
