Bahaha I’m nothing if not honest!! And yeah I tend to talk fast sometimes 🙈 last video I made like this was about 8 minutes so I wanted to make sure I got my talking points in without running over.

Yep! 1) change their diet if you haven’t already. Use a cold pressed pellet and a healthy chop mix that contains little to no fruit. 2) target training! I’ve done videos on this but I learned from the best - BirdTricks! Look them up. 3) have patience, and keep your training sessions short. 5-10 minutes max! If they aren’t getting something don’t get frustrated, go back to what they do know to end on a positive note.
