Funny story my parrot chewed up my hip thrust barbell pad, and i still used it even though it looked severely ravaged and honestly 1/3 gone, and i must have forgotten it one day, and lost it to the gym. Months later i saw it being used by others at the gym, and i still occasionally see it being used as the community barbell pad and no one knows the truth that it was my severe macaw that wrecked havoc on it

My Sun Conure Sunny has a fascination with nesting in my clothes, even when I am folding my laundry. He goes in my shirts, pajama shorts, even undergarments & will fluff up & hiss at me when I try to touch the clothes or him, Plus he likes to chew holes the clothes even though he has all kinds of toys. He's just a goofy bird

Great video, as usual, thankyou. My birds haven’t destroyed anything but toys, sorry about that, but now i’ve said that out loud 😬. My dtr said to me the other day after about the 3rd box of bird toys arrived, ,,Mum, you don’t need anymore bird toys! My reply,,,oooh yes I do, can never have too many bird toys. She rolled her eyes. 😂. Have a great, no sinus issues week. 🤧

I really want a macaw BUT after seeing all the destruction in furniture I think my parents would get so mad. What do I do? Should I regularly buy toys or would they still destroy furniture?

kinda amazed that Mango and Peach leave your glasses alone. My Mango is working on destroying my husband's glasses every time he gets to his shoulder. I'm afraid to wear earrings or necklaces as our cockatiel Fidget would systematically remove bits until they broke.

Honestly it a behavior I just didn’t allow. I let them touch it but once they start biting I move my face away. If they move toward it again I move my head. If they do it AGAIN I don’t let them sit on my shoulder (remove them).

Um id have to see, was it Mango? He kindof does it when he’s just hanging and comfortable. Cookie has a movement where he shifts his weight back and forth repeatedly.
