The issue with this game is that it's locked down to the Meta Quest 3 when it really should be on other VR devices as well. But it being VR isn't a bad thing at all.

My best guess is that WB or Rocksteady is hoping that by putting out a new Arkham Game for a device that hardly many people have, let alone have interest in probably purchasing, they are somehow hoping that this alone will be enough to entice enough people to go out & purchase that device alone. I highly doubt that this game will sell well for that reason alone among others....

I'm not sure if anyone at all understands that Arkham Knight was Rocksteadys last Batman Arkham game. However it was not confirmed to be the last Arkhamverse game so anything we see arkham related anymore will be from other game devs in any form they want to make one.

@@ricksanchez6766 I doubt that was what he meant by that. However it is only released on Meta Quest because the Game is funded by Meta. They pay for the Game and own the developer. If not for Meta this game would have never been made. That's why Meta release it on their Headset only. It's also on only Quest 3 and not Quest 2 because they want to encourage people to buy the new hardware and because Quest 3 is significantly more powerful so they can make the games better which will make more people want to get VR.

I would be completely content with DLC for Arkham Knight engine. With a restored/normally running Gotham City, where each DLC costs $10-20 and one of the rogue's gallery is doing something around Gotham. We need to investigate, figure out who is doing what and where, and stop them (while also stopping other random crimes and such). Basically a Batman: The Animated Series simulator.
