Great to the point simple comparison, I just picked up a set of Daiwa 275's for a really good price to give it a shot. I'm in Oregon and don't see anyone use the mooching reels but I'm pretty excited.

Awesome video! Mooching reel for me! Can't beat the sound when a big spring runs. Do you ever stack two rods on one downrigger? Could be a good demo video. I'm not sure if many people know how or even know it's possible. And have you been out winter spring fishing yet this year? Definitely subscribed!

Awesome thank you very much! I love that sound when the spring goes for a run! I haven’t done double stacking myself, have had friends do it. That would be something to show people Forsure though. I still need to get out for some winter springs on the boat. I’ve heard it’s been a good winter!

For me this is sport fishing, and that sport includes barbless hooks and mooching reels without mechanical advantage.🎣
