BCZAMD Hardened Steel Nozzle Retrial

4 жыл бұрынToday well be taking a look at the BCZAMD Hardened Steel Nozzle. This nozzle was sent to me as a replacement for the defective one that I originally ordered.
I tried using the original nozzle on several different materials and it would always fail when about halfway through the second layer, I'm happy to report the replacement nozzle doesn't have this issue, and prints very well.

@@bebsrepairbench5074 ive been printing for a few days now with the sunlu pla cf and i love it had issues at first after watching your video and few others i was dialed in , im super happy with the quality so far i can tell its all my settings causing issue but my artillery x1 dialed in quick

@@bebsrepairbench5074 have any pointers on layer adehesion for the most part its great but i have a part im making that has to flex a tad and it snaps my layers , almost like it snaps easy but its very very hard and rigid can take full size needle nose plier to the main bodie of the part cant tear it but at a 5-8 layer perimeter i can snap it clean off
