It's crimes we will never forget, Ian Brady we will never forget.

Brady was a typical psychopath with a sadistic trait in abuse and torture. It's totally abhorrent and vile. It's the fact the children were abducted and horrendously killed, which turns my blood cold.

If Iran Brady was mentally ill that doesn't excuse him from responsibility for his evil inhumane crimes

I was boiled relentlessly because I had a learning disability at secondry school I was pushed down flights of stairs beaten up while I tried to fight the bullies bullying me off the school then decided to keep me in the class room at play time with the teacher for my presentation I never became a killer or a criminal so being bullied is no excuse for what Iran Brady did

I've read the book on the moors murders and it's odd that it says that Brady's mother never had any family of her own. Did she never know her own parents?

I read somewhere they disowned her. And in the Keighley book Ian refers to a visit to his grandmother and uncle but was treated very coldly

Peggy's parents were rubbish, they shunned her until she had her illegitimate child (Ian) adopted out. She tried to take Ian to visit her parents once and they didn't like him or want him there. Nasty people. So no she didn't have any family

No excuse for that behaviour, we were all brought up with a dysfunctional family. People who hurt others don't have God or love in them. Nichola.

I’m curious as to why the mother said the father was “dead”? She’s not catholic so no major shame, she’s Protestant, l think it would have helped if she divulged a bit more after her find arrest.

I wondered about this too. Very convenient. Supposedly a journalist but could Brady have been a victim of incest
@SteVibiana5 күн бұрын
No major shame? In 1930s Britain, an unwed mother could be discharged from her job, evicted from wherever she was living, and disowned by her entire family. Unwed motherhood was considered a major disgrace.

You're deluded. He didn't believe in God & if you do (and that god happens to be Yahweh) then there's not going to be any tears from the big guy over a few murdered children. A summary glance at the OT paints a picture of a god quite fond of killing kids. If He's in a particularly sour mood he doesn't hesitate to drown all but eight people and a crude ship full of non human animals. You probably don't have a problem with people slaughtering children on divine command theory though, so if God told Brady to do it that'd be fine... Cognitive dissonance plus.

No, this is a true story. Nothing to do with fictional characters. If youre so called God existed, immocent children would not be brought any harm in the first place
