кашляю and чихаю (I cough and I sneeze) almost sound like onomatopoeia! I'm curious about those word origins.

Hello Fedor, i hope you're doing good i'm actually a student in Russia, and i've been watching your videos for a while, but the problem is i'm struggling to practice my Russian, i study in English and i live by myself. My friends speak English and i barely speak to people in the streets, i tried to but i'm only able to keep a basic conversation and most of the times i'm able to understand but i always fail to express myself. And also with all due respect Russian people aren't particularly patient when it comes to communicating they see me struggling to express something or i simply make a mistake they get angry and there whole attitude changes, i'm an introvert so just the fact that i go out of my way and talk to people is a lot of pressure and when they reject me like this it just makes me don't want to learn Russian anymore. I like Russian people and i feel like if you know how to communicate with them they will make good friends but in my case i talk normally and all of a sudden i start stuttering and failing to talk so they just don't want to deal with me anymore. I'm telling you this just so i can have some advice, maybe i'm approach the situation the wrong, way maybe it's a culture thing that I don't know of.... i literally don't know what to do. And again thanks for the videos they helped me a lot ❤

I think that all people are not patient enough, maybe not just Russians. You could start to practice speaking in an environment where people are there to help, tutor, exchange language apps or associations, talk to yourself or find a 'friend' ready to help you, etc... I don't think Fedor will answer directly to your question, I always wonder if he reads the comments...

In the US, standard body temperature is usually said to be 98.6 F (37 C). Interesting that Russia uses 36.6 C (97.88 F). I'm not a medical professional, but honestly I think your lower value is probably healthier. In the US, bad diet, inflammation, and excess metabolism are common. Too often in the medical world, they just take a median (unhealthy) value and call it "normal".

When learning Russian should women learn from women and men learn from men? Since men say different words than women do? I like your videos but think I should have a woman teacher since Russian has gender language rules.
