That was supposed to be poetry in motion 🤗👋. Seriously other trainers are going way too fast or they talk way too much. I think I finally got KZfaq's algorithms taken care of. Repeatedly saying "don't recommend this channel " with other trainers eventually works !

Hi Dr Kristy I'm a busy 61 year old mum/grandma with 2 border collies a husband and a few lingering body issues. I love the workouts and appreciate all the work that goes into your fantastic videos. What I struggle with is setting aside the time. What time of day works best for you?

Thank you!! I am very much a morning person before I start my crazy day:) we used to have one of our swim practices in school before school started, so early morning is ingrained in me:)
