Thanks Mark, There’s a lot good selections on amazon. It’s depends though on your budget if you want wood or polyearthane Indian clubs. The wood one are more expensive, but are worth it to me grip and feel wise. I love the ones I’m using in this video - you get the same ones here: www.amazon.com/Bodykore-Rotational-Clubs-Beautiful-Exercises/dp/B07419FQ5H/ref=asc_df_B07419FQ5H/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310249230164&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14658111428125073969&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1013962&hvtargid=pla-430429828702&psc=1&tag=&ref=&adgrpid=59843340857&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvadid=310249230164&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14658111428125073969&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1013962&hvtargid=pla-430429828702

Hey Coach, thanks for the video. Question about sizing... I'm a 6'2" 175 male and I'm strong. The 1 lbs clubs just feel too light and they don't generate enough momentum for me. 2 lb feel much better. Do you find that this is common?
@CoachVikingVaughn

Yes, 2lb clubs works better for stronger males. I personally have 3lb indian clubs now

I'm constitutionally resistant for paying $70-100 for narrow neck bowling pins, so I got myself over to Harbor Freight and picked up a pair each if their 1 1/2, 3, and 4 pound deadblow hammers. A wee tacky looking with the orange plastic, but all together, on sale, didn't exceed $60.

It's more so about the comfort. These are specially designed to feel comfortable in the hand, while being balanced a specific way to do these swings. You can use a different piece of equipment and get similar results, but the "feel" won't be exactly the same. Nor the muscle groups that you are training. It's all about preferences really.

I have no idea why he calls steel clubs...Indian clubs? One is steel (heavy)...the other Is wood (light). They’re not the same thing lol I never recommend doing these mill drills with steel clubs because they’re destroy your elbow tendons from being overloaded.
