15 minute Exercises for Dextroscoliosis to Lengthen Tight Concave and Strengthen Weak Convex Side and in this program is great for whatever curvature you have, Scoliosis curve, the C- curve and S curve and how to stretch each curve depending on which side is your Scoliosis. If you don't know what type and shape and side your scoliosis is, make sure you see a doctor, chiro and a physical therapist to evaluate you as well you could also try the Slump test which could be seen online on how to see the hump on your back, The best way to know is to get an X-ray of your spine and to measure the angle of your scoliosis and it is called the Cobb's Angle. However, if your Scoliosis is more than 45 degrees see a Doctor . On this video I targeted a Dextroscoliosis Thoracic curve, opening my left thoracic spine and strengthening weak right Convex side.

It is a deep strength training of your spinal muscles, focusing each segment for strengthening, stretching tight weakness or elongated weakness opposite of the curve. IF you are a C -curve to the right, then follow the instruction to stretch to the left and strengthen it in a lengthen position and slowly stretch out the tight areas.

Good day! Ms. Annie! My x-ray result that i have thoracic spine dextroscoliosis. I dont know if this mild or sever because not mention at all. Just thoracic spine deviated to the right. Is it ok to do this exercise of yours? How long? And how many times in a week? Looking forward for your answer! Thank you and God bless! 🙏☺️

Hi..do you have leg exercises for a scoliosis patient?, I have scoliosis, right now my legs isn't working well, it seems like the bones in my legs become soft because it wobbles everytime I stand up or walk..
