Thanks you son I have a lot of guilt and shame and fear and it’s been overpowering me . I feel lost and hate myself. I’m scared of myself and I’m scared of people . I been trying all day to feel better .I feel like I’m trying to destroy my life and I don’t want to. Nothing today can bring me any peace or hope but I find this video . I'm happy you're here. My cousin passed away in 2016 from a sack of fentanyl he thought was heroin but it wasn't. Report came back that it was 100% fentanyl. My aunt found him with a needle in his arm. And oh yeah, opiods are like those annoying friends that you try to stay away from but they keep showing up to see you when you don't want to see them because it hurts you. But also, you secretly like it. Next thing you know, your mind is in chains and each hour starts to feel like a day. I never got to heroin or fentanyl, which I could have easily and it was around me a lot, but I made myself stick to percs, vicodin, and the worst; lean. Or magic soda as some say but I also took xanax so I almost died too , many times. I'm 28. This was my late teens, early 20s. My cousins death changed a lot. Yeah I still took pills but it was way different. My biggest thing were percocet 30s. The people I saw on H and fentanyl acted like zombies and it was weird to me. I had a neighbor did in my lap. Fell over to my lap dead. 2017. But just pain pills and the codeine syrup, is really dangerous. I had a high tolerance. I do no opiods now and I'm opiod clean. I can even go through kidney stones passing without a pain pill now. What getting older does to your mind is crazy. My late 20s are very different than early 20s. I don't even like weed now because it gives me massive headaches and paranoia. I use to love it. Now, I just take my prescription Valium for my anxiety and panic attacks. I don't abuse it or get messed up . Ever. The world is so dangerous and bad, we can't afford being strung out. Now adderall or caffeine to keep you alert , that's different. But being a zombie and the mind is numb and out of it, can't afford it spiritually. I'm glad you're recovering, great to hear. I send you blessings and my personal support. Also, whoever you pray to or believe it, may they bless you with self love and to remain sober. We can't do everything alone, a little help sometimes it's okay. Your life matters . Anyone who sees this, blessings to you all too. Take care. A quick prayer you can say several times a day that's short but strong , "please hover over me God" .

I recite this in my thoughts, a lot. It's as true now as it was when RWE said it. The problem is that so many people feel threatened by those who stay true to themselves. The ones true to self are labeled by the inauthentic people as being eccentric, selfish, weird, having a strong personality. As if all these are a bad thing. Actually, they are not necessarily bad, they are only threatening to others who wish they had the courage to live their lives as much on their own terms as possible for them. People have always told me that I make my own music, then dance to the rhythm of a different drum from most other people. One of my son-in-law's is a very accomplished, successful guy who has overcome much adversity. He is also very controlling, dismissive. He reveals to me that he is also insecure, fearful of rejection as I call him out when he starts to try, I say, try to tell me what to do, to control me. He gets very frustrated when It doesn't work. So then, he tries reverse tactics, that fails as well. His favorite tactic with me is to ignore me then sit down to interrogate me. Then, he retreats to go to the internet to find proof if only in his own thinking that I'm wrong, discrediting me to make himself feel bigger. Sometimes I will toss a bone to him, telling him an outlandish lie to keep him busy for a while, help him feel like he's still in charge. It's been a few years, he's still unaware of what I'm doing when I do this.

I am not a slacker, just have a major setback. I am not ready to be my real me. I don't feel like myself! It is also hard to leave your house when people are trapping you, making it difficult to live a full life. So it is a double edge sword, you are supposed to be out living a fulfilling life but can't go out. It makes no sense.

Your videos have helped me to know that anything is possible..I've gone back to work after 15years ..i had open heart at 35 yrs old..and have survived five heart attacks..and have a collapsed spine..in heart failure at 51 but kept telling myself not to be scared of the unknown..just do it ..its only going to go either of two ways..but if you don't try you will never know..the fear of the unknown must be dealt with..so far so good with new job..one day at a time...

We must remember that not everyone can "let it go".. especially when severe abuse or trauma is not understood by others. PTSD is very real and way too commonly misunderstood. Only when one is healthy enough can they truly 'let it go'. God bless and thank you for sharing.

I’m Taurus and he’s Sagittarius and this is exactly what has happened. I know he’s meant to be in my life in some way I just couldn’t figure out if it’s just a lesson or is it something permanent. I got tired of wracking my brain about it and listening to the excuses to not be spend time with me. It got to the point that I started to get angry and fed up and said enough is enough. It's simply like this , it is making us face the truth the truth about ourselves , about what we are truly supposed to be not what are past trials, downfalls, and hurdles we have had to suffer through decipher for us! We can not let life's circumstances , issues or problems decipher who we are going to be each and everyday , pain is a part of life it's how we use it and process it , is what will be the determining factor in our future lives and how we live it

Your voice, your perspective has been a huge inspiration for me. I listen to in the morning, especially when I am struggling. Starting over after a 20+ year marriage has been the biggest challenge I have ever faced. Although my "army" sees me holding it together and being successful as a single mother, they don't feel the pain that is so deep that it hurts to breathe. It's taken 5 years to begin to feel the ability to feel some what normal and my life has taken so many changes such as grandmother, homeowner (on my own), and falling into the matriarch of the family. My healing journey has been amazing with the highs and lows, but in the process having instruments and armor to strengthen my mind has been unparallel. With all that being said, Thank you for your inspiration and view point it has helped me beyond measure. I pray for your continued success, as more people like you are so needed in our world today.
