Today we are doing the best stretches for pregnancy! This FULL-BODY pregnancy stretching routine will get rid of pregnancy aches and pains and especially provide relief for pregnancy back pain, sciatica and other difficult pregnancy symptoms! We will also do strengthening to pregnancy pregnancy pains! No equipment needed, but optional yoga ball, chair and strap may be used. Great pregnancy stretches for 1st trimester, second trimester and 3rd trimester.

Ooooohhhh the last stretch on my yoga ball felt amazing! I really really needed that! The whole video made me feel so much better and it released much pressure from my back and my hips. I was so sore! Thanks a lot! 38 + 5 here and still counting! Love all your videos. You have helped me a lot!

I’m here because my lower back hurts so much but only on my left side. I thought to just do a stretch for it but why not the whole body? I’m 14 weeks. After watching the video: my back feels so much better, thank you.

I did these yesterday, and woke up feeling like I got beat up today! I don’t know if I should keep doing it or if I should stop because maybe I’m not as flexible at almost 25 weeks pregnant 😩

Yes, my videos are designed to reduce the risk of DR (and protect your core if you have it). It’s about managing your intra-abdominal pressure so it’s also about HOW you do the moves. Exhaling and core engagement as you do the hard part of a move and keeping your baby pulled in to your spine and preventing ribs from flaring out which put tension on your linea alba. If you aren’t sure a pelvic floor physical therapist would be the best for individual advice 💞
