I noticed a new video by Coach Lindsay and today, had back pain from an earlier workout. This routine is perfect! I love that you made it all standing and gave great cues for the form of each posture. Magically exactly what I needed 😊❤

Love that these are all together and don't have to get in floor. ❤ Luckily I can still get on the floor but then I feel like I have to put on my exercise clothes 😊 I feel like I can do this routine anywhere in most outfits 👍
