Proper core engagement involves tucking your pelvis under your spine slightly for a straight back, then as you take a deep breathe and exhale, draw your belly button to your spine. So think of it as instead of "flexing" and pushing the belly button outward, you are more so drawing the belly button in and pushing down.

It was nice to find this. I have neuropathy in my legs from my lower back and hip. I need strengthening exercises and this is what I was looking for. My issue is severely affecting my knees. The ball exercise in between the knees is what I do in PT for knee strengthening and it's my favorite. That's how I know a video is decent, when the exercises mimic what I do in Physical Therapy. My biggest issue is that I am looking for a quick fix to a problem that started as a slow progression. It's not going to be quick and I have difficulty accepting this. ❤

I am 75-years-old, living in rural Michigan. Because I basically have no family, I try to stay busy through community involvement, i.e. I founded Grant Twp. Historical Society on Facebook, and we're up to 320 members. It's keep me busy w/ a cemetery tour and barn tour this summer.

You have a nice mannor about you and your presentation was well done. One thing you should have mentioned was health insurance. That is very much a factor in the care you as a patient recieve. You and I will definatly butt heads when it comes to vaccines and preventative medicine. There is alot of it I just won't do and feel isn't necessary. I recently had to chsnge provider clinics and being with an HMO have to have a primary care doctor. This is due to insurance coverage. At this moment I am quite unhappy with both my clinic and primary care physician I am required to have! This might be a topic you might consider posting about. I could really use some more insight. Right now I only see a doctor if it's absolutley necessary. I have very little faith in the medical profession or insurance.

Well, while yall are lovely beautiful ladies, here is where your doing this wrong. Eat the banana, then rub the inside of the peel all over your face and let sit 15-20 min then rinse w/ warm water. The peel holds the majority of the antioxidants, fibre and nutrients to help with wrinkles. Takes a week before noticing any results. Best noticeable at week 4. Happy Smiling. 😊
