Thank you for this. I’ve been turned off the idea of ultrasound as im a slim person with very little facial fat. So to hear that its still possible has sparked my interest. Ideally i would love a facelift but i am completely bald. Where would I hide the scars? Ironically being bald isn’t an issue as it suits me. But it does leave me with fewer options.

Where there's a will there's a way Christopher! The ultrasound might be a good half-way house to get some lifting and tightening without committing to the down-time of having full surgery.

This is such an informative update. I've had both morpheus8 and ulthera on my face. What things do you think about when making a decision about whether to use RF microneedling or ultrasound on someone?

Ultrasound isn’t really going to give the skin texture improvements that the RF microneedling will do if the skin is crepy I go with the RF. If the skin is good but just loose then I go ultrasound but in reality there is often no right or wrong answer

What is the upkeep of these treatments? As in how many times would you need them?

Ulthera they say once per year. HIFU (at least Ultracel Q+) is up to 3 times per year. But there’s no obligation to repeat it, nothing negative would happen if you didn’t. Dermal fillers depends on the person and the results you’re expecting but as a rule of thumb about a year for best results

Oh dear, I was hoping that you were going to say i could use my microcurrent facial toning devices with dermal filler..I used the devices on and off for years and got reasonable results, however 6 months ago I fled into the arms of dermal fillers, with which I am very pleased. However, I can't help but feel that I'd be wise to carry on with microcurrent in the background, if possible.. 🤔 But I don't know quite why I think that. Help!

If you were to change the title of this video to "combining" instead of "combing", more people may find it when they search for the subject. I'm assuming it's a simple typo
