I have used popular songs, Lamberghini and Proper Patola for this workout. There are no breaks in this workout, and even though it's short but it can be intense for your abs and lower back. So make sure you are taking ample rest if needed. This is a 6 minute workout that will target your abs and obliques, and also help you to build strength in your shoulders and back.
