So are we doing 1 SET of each exercise and then starting from the beginning until you have 3 SETS of each exercise OR are we doing 3 SETS of 1st exercise and then move onto exercise 2 and do 3 SETS and so on? Thanks

It's generally not recommended to work the same muscle group, like biceps, every day. Muscles need time to recover and grow stronger. Overtraining can lead to injury and hinder progress. Aim for 2-3 Day bicep workouts per week, allowing at least 48 hours between sessions for optimal recovery.

To perform a dumbbell drag curl: 1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells at arm's length by your sides with palms facing in. 2. Keep elbows close to your body and shoulders back. 3. Slowly lift the dumbbells towards your shoulders while keeping them in contact with your body. 4. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement. 5. Lower the dumbbells back down with control. 6. Repeat for desired reps.

The weights should be heavy enough so you feel your muscle tensing up with each curl. However, they should not be so heavy that you are unable to bend your arm all the way up and lower it in a controlled manner. If you're new to this move, try it with a pair of 2.5kg dumbbell weights to start off with.
