What a gem. Never really thought about that word "chase" if we are chasing our dreams or chasing money its almost implied that the dream or the money or whatever we are chasing is avoiding being caught but in pursuing, the destination is isnt avoiding us or moving. Walking to the destination vs running or chasing also removes the anxiety. And there is a gratitude in enjoying the walk.

Big Sean & Jay Shetty! Man this couldn’t have been more of a great timing to absorb this conversation filled with wisdom. Love the video. Truly impactful. Here's some bit of advice i have for you 1) Define specifically what you want, the ideal scene, 2) expand your scene with details, 3) write it down, writing it down changes everything 4) dream building (go look at it, touch it, feel it, make contact), 5) see yourself in possession of what you want to attain and feel now as you would when you've attained it, 6) something you can attain within 6 months to a year, create momentum, 7) write down an objective or goal for 1-3 months, 8) what action step can you take tomorrow, 9) weekly chart or graph your progress

@ThePopcorngirl1232 жыл бұрын
I'm watching this after jhene announced her pregnancy and all i can think about is how far they've come and how mature they had to be to take their time and work on their lives separately. When they first started seeing each other, I remember so much discord around the fact that they weren't in a rush to be exclusive, and at the time it made my insecurities wonder, "is this just another situationship, are they secretly toxic people pretending to heal". But I knew they were both very self aware adults and that they both understand what their needs and how to explore their wants in a healthy way, which made me respect and follow/tune in with them even more . They exhibit such a healthy, freeform version of love and it's made me believe that my true soul mates are the people i've found that love me in that unconditional and unconstructive way. I love that you guys talked about healthy relationship dynamics in a time where people are simply looking for someone to give them the validation they never got as kids. Our partners are not a solve all to our insecurities.
