Very nice drifts! I could tell immediately that was H13... So awfully hard to forge.

By cleaning everyday when finished working. And putting things back where they belong. Having a large enough work space helps a lot also

Thanks, I clean the shop at the end of every project. While filming, I make sure every shot is organized/clean background. If I'm showing the World my shop and work, then it needs to be presentable.

Semper fi Marine. I'm new to smithing and am learning as a hobby. I found this video completely by accident. I checked out your website. I think we served together in 29 Palms.

Your videos are very similar in style to those of Torbjörn Åhman, he often leaves his workshop to show us other parts of his home.

His videos are great, a very talented smith.

Just understood how the tool “flat one side crowned on the other” works. Used when flattening non parallel surfaces.

As I am not a blacksmith can you tell me what there used for please
@rigoniironworks2 жыл бұрын
Hi, I'm using these for a hatchet. They push open the eye for the handle to fit. I'll film the process soon.

Do you give measurements of your work for channel support donations?
@rigoniironworks Жыл бұрын
No, what I try to show is the idea of the tooling I make. That way you can make it your own. *and not copy my work.
@FWDish Жыл бұрын
No problem, not meant to copy your work, but wanted approximate measurements to get me started!
