I have c3220. Can anyone tell me how to turn off "mute alert" sound? Every time I mute/unmute an alert sounds & everyone on the call can hear it too (Microsoft Teams). Everyone gets to know if I am going on mute or unmute. Please help.

Windows 10 doesn't recognize the headset, and i can't find the driver for the 3210 model anywhere.

Use the Hub desktop to update the firmware it list your headset as being supported

I have blackwire 3225 series headset, i have downloaded and installed Plantronics hub software, but when i connect through USB i dont get any sound or caller voice, Can anyone suggest me to fix this issue? Thanks for your help

I am having the same experience. I plugged into MacBook Pro and nothing happens. Software doesn't detect the headphones, which are plugged in via USB-C

Build and sound quality are excellent but ergonomically c3220 is a nightmare. Unless you have a really tiny head, I wouldn't recommend it.

@@perrylenpunsalan3846 it definitely gave me headaches. loved the headset as far as sound quality and whatnot but if you dont have a small head it gets uncomfortable
