These blueberry muffins are quick and easy with a moist and tender center bursting with blueberries and perfectly golden brown top. They are extra easy to make, too.
Here are the ingredients:
1 1/2 cup plain flour
3/4 white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup oil (sunflower, vegetable , any.... )
1/2 cup milk
1 medium egg
1 cup blueberries
Crumble hats:
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp cold butter

Can I sub the lil bit of flour on the blueberries with powdered sugar or do u think there more likely to soften?

Hi, Yes of course you can, a little powdered sugar will add extra sweetness to the berries 🫐

Can you please change the FONT type in the video, it's a bit awkward one, hard to read.
