This workout is great for nordic skiing! Perhaps adding more nordic videos would help. Not many options on youtube

I really enjoyed this video, and the one last year too. I totally agree with the previous comments about creating a large landing zone on the garage floor from personal, painful, experience ! Off to the slopes tomorrow 😊

Loved this routine. I have done it a few times without weights. I find balancing when on the flat side up very manageable. BUT, the last time I did it as I was getting off the bosu ball and had it slanted back to get off I fell backward hard and as I had a dowel in my hand for balance if needed I instinctively touched the dowel to the ground which propelled my backward and i flew across the room quite a long way and ended up landing on a pile of free weights. Lesson 1. Pay attention when getting on and off. 2. Make sure the area is clean around it not just the immediate area but well around . 3. Put your free weights and other equipment away dont leave them lying around. I tell you this as a word of caution. I think I will do the routine flat side down. Not worth a potential injury. But a fun routine. I will likely do the wobble exercise but stay close to a wall for support getting on and off. I love your content. Just felt a word of caution is in order for old people like me !

Oh no! We hope you are okay! Number 1 rule of training... don't get hurt! The Bosu is definitely a challenging tool to work with, and it is important to set yourself up for success by practicing in a safe space. Sounds like you were doing all the right things, hopefully you can get back to training soon!

@@outdooradventuretraining all good. I was a bit rattled as I almost took out my husbands bike trainer and went flying across the room ! Lol. I just posted as a caution. I was back on this morning. I thought I had a safe set up but the safe zone needs to be quite larger! Lol. It was totally my bad. Will be smarter next time. Great exercises and I am not deterred.

Hey! Love your vids:) planning to get a bosu ball myself, do you have suggestion on the size (standard size 26 inches vs travel size 22 inches)?

We definitely recommend the standard. If you are traveling a lot or have limited space, the travel size could be a good alternative!
