wild theory here, I was just remembering some info they gave us about Landlord, that he always seemed to be there at Stationary hill, giving the implication he is much older then a dog should be. He also has this hidden intelligence about him. I started thinking what if he is a human that got Terrored into a dog? But this show is all about their plot twists and since they haven't revealed landlord's true story yet, it's going to be a massive plot twist, so Landlord could be someone important and then I remembered thinking the whole murdering Maximillian Loxly seemed odd like the facts weren't adding up that maybe Lark didn't actually kill him then I thought what would be a bigger plot twist if Landlord was actually Maximillian? I have no proof or clues, just a hunch.

Yup. Mother Cholesterol was mentioned in the Season 2 roundtable. (I'm on a bit of a Midst binge right now, so I literally just watched it twenty minutes ago, lol.) Edit: Wait, no, I realized just as I posted this that I'd missed the opportunity to say "in the Midst of a Midst binge", darnit!

Why was there a straggler Company ship? Why was there a straggler ship, Third Person??? Why waS THERE A STRAGGLER????? I've been watching Midst long enough to know that an innocuous background detail is NEVER just an innocuous background detail...

@jurekovacic1739 At the very end, just after Tzila storms off, the narrators describe "one last, straggling Company ship" crossing overhead. This means that, for some reason, one ship wasn't part of the first formation, it was lagging behind the others. That's the sort of detail that, in the context of Midst, is anything but meaningless. Was it delayed by something? Was it damaged somehow and struggling to keep up? Was it not part of the formation at all, but was instead a *rogue* ship, following the others? In other words, wHY WAS THERE A STRAGGLER, THIRD PERSON?????

Huh, interesting... The Mothers are literally sustaining themselves on serving and helping, reminds me of a certain organisation that is also about "helping" and getting Valor for it. Come to think of it, actually, The Mothers could serve a perfect Valor generators for the Trust!

We have the deadly duo with the rock hard bread, people sitting down gagging on all the bread, being in a cabin and narrowly escaping what was....up, those mothers must be like a skeleton nosediving into the bread, screeching teletheric looking above for the dive bombing hooter ship, a black robed figure gliding among the patrons, and you're telling me nobody cares about the death of "batman"?? You gotta be crazy! Lol. Can you tell I haven't watched seasons 1 and 2 but am enjoying this season? Play is important for all of us. Looking forward to season 4 when you do get there. I'm sure it will be popular.

I just had a thought. Not related to this episode, but what if Mock Weep is turning into a Mother! What if under their black cloaks they are all lanky, translucent, skeleton people. And now that the Trust has "reformed" his selfish ways. All he needs is another push to become a dedicated caregiver like them.

You quite literally do not know if it is doing well or not because KZfaq views are an undetermined portion of the actual traffic they get. That'd be like not taking into account twitch views and subs for CR.
