But when I laugh hard, I start coughing

Idk mine is like intermittent as I grew up, but if I laugh too hard I go coughing or running at high speeds with long duration. Aside from excessive laughing and excessive running. I'm normal. BUT, if the place I'm living is very dusty and polluted. I could have like seasonal asthma that I cough for whole month but will come back at 5 months after or more.(if im still at the dusty place) Now, I'm living near the highway roads and in the center city (though the area is surrounded by plants and trees) I think I'm not having those seasonal coughs. Idk the body is weird. When I was a kid though it was very severe that sometimes I wish I was dead. I've done all the things the doctor could do with injections that are so big for me,those tubes inserted insidde me, the inhalers etc. Sadly, my parents had financial issues, and was forced to stop with my treatment , BUT luckily as I grew up Idk my asthma got lesser and not excruciating like when I was a kid , I got stronger and I could tolerate it more..

I have Sever i use my Quick relife inhaler 3 times a day and Biologics i take 4 Controller medicine

I have intermittent asthma. I have to take an inhaler 4 times a day

All my favorite food makes me trigger.

My friend has asthma.But she looks fine.
