ചുമ്മാ മുഖം നോക്കുക എന്നതിനപ്പുറത്തേക്ക് ചിലപ്പോൾ കൂടുതൽ മേഖലകളിൽ ഇതുപയോഗപ്പെട്ടേക്കാം. കണ്ണാടിയുടെ ഉപയോഗം വേണ്ടതും എന്നാൽ ശക്തമായ പ്രകമ്പനങ്ങൾ താങ്ങേണ്ടതുമായ ഏതെങ്കിലും മേഖലകളിൽ ഒക്കെ ഒരുപക്ഷെ ഉപയോഗപ്പെട്ടേക്കാം. ഉദാ : ഉപഗ്രഹങ്ങൾ, ഹൈ സ്പീഡ് വാഹനങ്ങൾ, റോക്കറ്റ്, ആയുധനിർമാണം.. അങ്ങനെ പലതിലും.

To my best knowledge eventhough it's metal mirror it's very delicate. A slight mishandling can damage it. It's an artefact with a tradition of years and cultural relevance of centuries. That's why it's having such an importance. So your suggestion is not practically possible. I am trying to offend you or argue with you. I was just clarifying the point.

The whole process is so inefficient. I suppose the extended-family making this, do this to keep the cost high, give employment for most relatives and also to keep the "handmade" tag. Personally, I find the economy sized mirrors are very impractical for use (too small & fidelity is not that great). The cost can be reduced by little automation & process improvements.

I am from Pathanamthitta and usually go to Aranmula area where I have many friends. Also, every year during the Onam, I also go to the temple premises when there is Valla Sadhya and Vallam kali. To the best of my knowledge, it's already popular and it's given as a souvenir of Kerala on many occasions. Kerala CM gifted an Aranmula mirror to Bahrain King in 2017. Aranmula Metal Mirror is Kerala's first GI-tagged product. So hope you can understand the popularity of this mirror globally. As the identity of the place this already renowned, additional support on this point is not essential because it's already established.

@@jobincvalsan7382 Really a bit surprised by your comments. A CM or PM gifting this to some VIPs dont make it popular. Even if you speak to people from different Indian states you will know it is not all that well known within India. So govt agencies, embassies, export promotion councils etc need to work more to make it popular, people buy it, and thus contributes to the economy of Aranmula, Kerala and India.

ആറന്മുള പുഞ്ചയിലെ മണ്ണ് എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്... നാടൻ ഭാഷയിൽ പറഞ്ഞാൽ കണ്ടം... പ്രളയത്തിന് ശേഷവും കണ്ണാടി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്... അത് കൊണ്ട് വ്‌ളോഗർ പറഞ്ഞതിലെ യുക്തി ഒരു ചോദ്യമാണ്...
