Just wanna thank you for your attention to detail on this rig. My fallin partner and I are starting our first job cuttin yarder ground and had to get a rig quick this definitely fits the bill for want nothing and have everything thanks again sir I really appreciate you

Buckin combine your pouches with the weaver belt to make the buckin weaver gone wild belt .i think the pouch with the two big loops are for spray paint marker and water. Stay sharp .

The small loop on yer wedge pouch is for yer spencer tape. Problem is brush pulls yer tape out! I make a slit in my belt beside my buckles in front! Brush don't bother it there! I have used Weaver rigs for years! You can set them up for the need of the job! I still have my first one! Very well worn and needs some new stitching!

That’s a pretty nifty looking pouch! You picked up a pouch for me a year or so back and I have to agree that you need those spaces for tools. It makes it so nice to have all of your stuff right there together. Love to you and the family❤️

That LARGE POUCH on the back of that belt looks like Weaver meant for it to hold an axe, like the Grizzly pouch.

Usually there is two D-rings over an other for log measuring taperuler (auto retractable) and the D-ring on wedge pouch I think is for that. More than bear spray anyway in Sweden. [We give them a shave with the axe if they come to close!] Sometime I have spraycans to mark out trees and boundaries, com radio, gps, lifting tong, height meter etc in my belt or on harness. A big quick release universal pocket (not to be filled with water, snow or sawdust) is good to have. And don't forget your whistle! Good show Billy!

Thanks for sharing Buckin'. That looks like a nice setup. I'm not familiar with weaver but I'm going to look into it now. By no means a professional but I'm starting to acquire the tools needed for a full day of firewood gathering without running back and forth for this and that. Can definitely see where a nice rig like that can certainly be handy. Awesome review. Always enjoy your enthusiasm!

I agree with relieving you back, by spreading the weight onto your shoulders. I climbed 20yrs & just recently bought suspenders for my saddle, & I love it. I'll never climb without my suspenders now🤣👍 STAY SAFE #WeaverRocks

Hi Buckin Steve here from the UK I've just came out of hospital been there for 9 weeks I had 2 brain operations I started getting headaches a couple of weeks before I was found by my daughter unconscious I've got a long recovery and I'm going to be off work for 8 months it turns out I got a infection on the brain so if anyone starts getting headaches please get it checked out please don't ignore it great to see you again Buckin all the best from the UK Steve Parrish,

Thank you so much for your efforts! However, while I have your attention: if you want to keep your truck, you should stop leaving your reading glasses on the dashboard (I saw it in the beginning of one of your excursion videos with Hogan and Reg). Reading glasses work just like a magnifying glass, and if you park your truck somewhere in the sun and leave your glasses on the dashboard, well… go figure. Reading glasses, any kind of window, and direct sunlight IS a bad combination. Just sayin'

Hey Buckin, nice to see ya today and a REALLY nice gift from Weaver. I would suspect by the size and the gaps installed with that big pouch is that it is for your axe and is made for being ambidextrous so folks can use it either direction. Just a guess but seems like a fitting one. I wish all our friends a bright and cheerful day and be safe out there to all of ya's.

If you need the files on that pouch you could clip on stihls file kit that’s wrapped up in cloth and has a snap you can put on a belt.

Looks good Buckin'... But can't use it... I'm a volunteer in one of the clubs that maintain the Appalachian Trail, a USDA USFS "certified Sawyer"... carry everything in a cargo frame backpack, MS 362chaps, helmet, gloves, gas, tools, lunch, trauma FAK, H2O... bout 30 pounds. But hike several miles in and out, more up and down, usually rocky. Not a feller, we clear blowdowns off the trail, use crosscut or axe if in designated wilderness areas. Enjoy your vids anyway!

The belt looks good, Buckin', but I think your suggestions to change it are dead on. I think the larger pouch is supposed to be for your axe, but I've been wrong before. Might be nice if they added a small first-aid kit for stopping bleeding that could clip on, for people who cut themselves with axes (grin). I looked on-line and can't find the belt, so I assume they sent you a prototype. Very cool.

lol ya silly bugger Only thing I would change on that tool pouch is the sewn in X on the back. They tend to cause the shoulder straps to ride up and chaff your neck. That can be quite irritating once you get all sweated up and covered in sawdust. I would probably pick the stitches out but let the straps crossed over on the back.
