You can put the pan under the broiler, you’ll just have to watch it like a hawk so it doesn’t burn. The coloring won’t be as even but it will still be great!

Real butter is good for you. It's the seed oils and margarines that are highly toxic.

@@geezermann7865 except that isn't the case in the literature. butter doesn't show up as being healthful in any sort of human outcome data. vegetable oils are associated with positive health outcomes.

@@Chris90. You have obviously believed the lies and propaganda. What "literature"? Seed oils, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated oils, have been used for decades on an unsuspecting populace causing untold amount disease and obesity. Even beef tallow and lard is much better healthwise. But it's your choice.

I just watch exact episode on PBS on my TV. Found it here on KZfaq and still no recipe. Guess no book sales if gave away all recipes for free....lol...Too much sugar, so was going to substitute with granulated monk fruit if ever find free recipe. Oh well, no biggie since high carbs and high sugar is bad for health. So am kinda glad no free recipe. LOL
