I put together this fun 30 min waistline challenge, because I thought it would be a great energy boost workout for a lazy Saturday! Shake your hips to the beat and feel the burn in your abs, obliques, arms, shoulders and maybe your calves (I did). Hope you find your groove better than I did with this waistline challenge (I was too focused on not missing the beat) and shake your hips harder than I did, all the while keeping your core tight, so that you really get a tightening effect in your waistline. Enjoy! This is a medium intensity fat burning cardio session that will help you break a sweat, tone the upper body and increase your calorie burn for the day, while also increasing your energy level. Completely low impact, all standing, no steps or jumping involved. This is a static workout that focuses completely on the upper body (core, arms, shoulders...).
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

NOTE: The only breaks I take during my workouts are between rounds. Please prolong your walking/active breaks for up to 1:00 / 1:30 minutes to increase your burning time (walk around the house, drink some water...). Hope you get a higher calorie burn than mine!

When I decided to start losing weight, especially from the abdominal area, I started the challenge with this exercise...Guys, believe me, within a month I no longer had a big stomach. I got a flat stomach and muscles on the sides of my waist. Of course, with diet, you will find amazing results. Start exercising with this girl and you will get Amazing body

You are amazing! I've worked out to exercise videos since VHS tapes came out, this is the happiest, most energetic, most productive, waist trimming workout ever! This workout makes me feel happy in my heart! I smile all the way through! I am 64 years old with a 26 inch waist, I weigh 113 pounds and I feel better than I did in my 20's. I hope you know how wonderful you are! (I do lots of your workouts, not just this one!)

this exercise is also good for those who have frozen shoulder. i feel great and after doing this exercise in just 2 weeks my husband noticed that I started loosing weight

OMG: My take-away from this: 1) This video proves that there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason in the world for people NOT to be exercising on the daily. (No space..no problem) 2) The after burn effect on this...OKAY...OMG it's been 45 minutes post workout and my knees still haven't found each other and I feel like I am wearing girdle all across my waist and into my back. (I totally get back up dancing now) 3) You are so awesome!! Thank you for creating, sharing and just for being here...💐 You are so creative with your workouts and I absolutely love them. Simple and so effective on the first push play.

My Number One favourite hahaha. I found your workout on July 08,2021. It is really siutable for my body and my age. When I started my weight was 66kg. Today July 23, 2021 my weight is 64kg. I have abdominal obesity even I'm not fat but my stomach would stick out which made my insecurities for how many years and also I have a fat shoulder which also made my body not in balanced that is why I don't wear sleeveless. I tried this challenge for 1 week now ( consistently) and it helped me a lot my stomach is way flatter than before and also my shoulder is smaller than before. And also I lessen my carbs and sweet foods it's a big help. Thank you! I'll edit this after 1 month 😊

I have not done this one in a long while, came back to it with a new thought...swing hips,tighten abs, squeeez but, and move arms. sometimes not always keeping up with you but its a sweaty workout..... Thank you!!!!

Another one knocked out! Finally, also this one happens to be my cats favorite because she sees me not moving as much and likes to paw at my leg for attention. I have to pause often to give her affection but she just goes right back to leg pawing. giving me a bit more of a workout but it's worth it

Downloaded this video in Aug 2021. Because of the second lockdown I wasn't moving around at all. So I decided to just at least move my body in my room. I have been doing this workout since then on and off. I can't really say I lose weight or anything. But my waist has definitely been reduced by like 1 inch. I don't do other workouts. The important thing is my body feels good.

Ended up standing close to the wall so my hips wouldn’t go backwards I certainly felt like Jennifer Gray when she first tries to dance with Johnny Cassel in dirty dancing!!!! Very cool work out thank you

These 30 min standing abs are the BEST to end my cardio/weight toning Burpee Girl workouts!!!! would love more of these! Thank you so much - comment from my husband yesterday after a day of fishing on the boat - "Those new workouts are working! You look amazing in a bikini for a "30 year old" so for a 57 year old you must be in the top .1%" (just the encouragement I need and I feel amazing - been doing 3-4 of your workouts every morning during the week - weekends we fish lol) - THANK YOU!

Thank you for this! I usually do (and love) walking workouts but due to chronic pain sometimes affecting my legs some days those are difficult... but this is perfect for those days! Still gets me standing/moving but a lot easier on my feet and knees!

Minha cintura chega fica vermelha depois desse exercício. Parece que fiz drenagem 🤩🤩 muito bom. Parece ser fácil mas não é. A repetição queima bastante!!!! Façam meninas!!!

This is the only Burpee Girl video I didnt finish. Made it through 2 rounds, hoping round 3 would be a different ab move. Found the core move awkward. But the music was great:)

I did one of your workouts (this one) today for the first time. I have an ankle injury (sprain, it happened two weeks ago it's still sensitive) so I searched for a workout where I don't need to walk or step. This workout is amazing, so much fun and challenging. I don't think I will be able to move my arms tomorrow. 😄 I defenitely will try your other workouts. The exercises are fun and the music is great and you seem to be nice (yap, it's an important factor for me), I'm happy that youtube recommended you. 😊😍

Wow! I’m glad I found this workout. I’ve been pleasantly surprised when I logged my workout as HIIT for 30 minutes (I always add my bench 2lb weight bells - bought from TK Maxx 😊) at the end of the workout, apparently I’d set a new personal best of calories burnt in a 30 minute workout! 282cals! I also couldn’t believe it! Aaaaand was sweating ++++! Majorly impressed. Thank you for a workout that seemed easy peasy to look at, quite a different story to actually do it! 🎉
