Plaster walls with QR codes that require your phone and camera application to interpret. Don’t allow filming and worried about people capturing confidential information. A person could be “scanning QR codes” but be recording surreptitiously. So is overt recording the problem?

Keep the buggers on their toes, it helps stop the corruption.

Another excellent PTTP audit - polite, well informed, clear footage and educating the subjects on the law. The lady at 9:15 seemed to be having to lean over some chairs and a table that had been thoughtlessly placed in front of the QR code display board. 8:55 - was this a homage to the Michael Jackson 'Thriller' video ? Also did the lady have her mobile phone in a cereal bowl at 13:20 ? 🤔.I would say the security guard was a decent and relaxed chap - I honestly think he took the brunt of PTTP's questioning and advice, whilst the DWP staff 'hid' in the background. Even when PTTP went on his data security breach walkabout they discreetly shut all the blinds. The security guard definitely took one for the DWP team - which is a metaphor for what happens in the system. Brilliant work yet again PTTP 10/10 😎👍.

No camera allowed in the job center but every job vacancy requires a camera phone, Security defensive but polite and restrained, Job center staff as to be expected were not professional .

Hi P t t P, I am not sure if it was you who posted a video last week about an RTA in Mill Road Cambridge, there was some confusion because your report from the scene did not match other reports from other sources, they said there were casualties, children that had to go to hospital, my current understanding is that they were passengers in the car that fled the scene and therefore the other chap you spoke to knew nothing of them!, what I post here is only my interpretation that does account for the discrepancies!, the fact that it does create a coherent narrative does not make it true, just more probable. Apparently the driver of the other car was arrested for excess alcohol. So nine minutes in and someone comes to speak to you and you quite properly tell him about the GDPR issues that are not properly addressed, he does not seem to want to accept and understand what you tell him, when you ask that question he says that they don't allow filming which might well be the instructions he has been given by his employer who quite possibly has not been informed by DWP. You can tell by the way he stands there with his tight lipped grimace that he has is ears tight shut and brain switched off!. Cheers, Richard.

They really don’t care do they? Sadly people have no or little understanding of the implications of a data breach. But I had my private details taken at a reception desk and suffered the horror of a stalker with death threats for months. The police were uninterested until I finally found 1 sympathetic cop who traced the stalker who’d been previously jailed for the same thing. Yet wherever I go they ask for private information verbally or put it on screen on clear view. I’ve given up explaining why I won’t give it. Thanks PTTP for attempting to inform.
