It doesn't get any simpler than this recipe. I love to serve this when I'm feeding a crowd. You can load more than one crock pot and feed a party. It is sure to please.

I would have never thought of cooking corn on the Cobb in the crock pot. Tfs you always come up with such good tips.

One ingredient I’ve used for MANY years which keeps corn tender is SUGAR! Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to water and dissolve then pour over corn. If you add salt while corn is cooking, it toughens the kernels. Try it! You’re going to love it. If you boil corn in a potful of water, you can add a Tablespoon of sugar to the water. You may add salt after corn is cooked as you wish. ENJOY!💞🙋🏻‍♀️😋

I was thinking the same. I woulda have poured the butter over when it was on the plate and then sprinkled the chives.

You said "Who doesn't like buttered corn?". IMHO corn without butter is just wrong lol. This would be good with BBQ sandwiches and coleslaw. Thanks Heidi!
