They are as a child to their Lord, husband. And the LORD sent Nathan unto David. And he came unto him, and said unto him, There were two men in one city; the one rich, and the other poor. 2 The rich man had exceeding many flocks and herds: 3 But the poor man had nothing, save one little ewe lamb, which he had bought and nourished up: and it grew up together with him, and with his children; it did eat of his own meat, and drank of his own cup, and lay in his bosom, and was unto him as a daughter. 4 And there came a traveller unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man's lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him. The Daugther in this story is Uriah’s wife which King David took.

My aunt skipped from one job and town to the next, eventually settled in a poor and miserable city and bought a few cats. She never married and eventually went through gut, spine, and breast cancer. She burdened her friends when it was her time to go like Kevin stated. I loved her very much and her death hit me pretty hard. She gave me most of my parental influence that I now have to unlearn. I promise you do not want to go out like she did. No funeral, no heir, no legacy, no children. I hope you all find your way.

> Actually, that's exactly the way I want to go out. Low cost and a minimum of bother. At age 72 I've never married and never had children. I have accumulated well in excess of the assets I need in my life, and am making significant payments to allow my nephews to go on to graduate school, and I just made a $10,000 gift to my sister to use as she wishes (she is likewise never married and no children, working at age 71.) There will also be a few million dollars to divide up between my nephews and sister when I die. I have money because no woman spent it for me and because I lived frugally and invested my excess income as a blue collar tradesman. I retired at age 57 and am currently age 72. When I began investing in the late 1970s, the Dow Jones Average was knocking around between 700 and 1000. Now it's at 25,000. Broadly similar results from my rental income properties, and the home I live in I bought for cheap in 1985 as a HUD repo. Buying stocks and rental properties were for me reasonable risks to take. Marrying and having children with a woman was NOT. I don't mind insuring that my sister has the money she needs to lead a good life. She has always worked hard to support herself, and like me, never married or had children. She never accumulated the savings to take care of herself in later life (just like KS points out) but she has me as a MAN to help her out as needed. I also am glad to help my nephews out when they need help to do good things. I am currently sending one nephew money to take a masters degree in biological engineering (?), and sent another nephew a modest sum when he and his girlfriend recently bought a condo. He'll get more if he pursues his plans for a masters degree that offers some promise of panning out as a profession. THOSE are reasons to value having money! Not to buy consumer crap or spend money on worthless TRAVEL!

Good. Not everything he says is 100% true - im a man and i dont go for his “woman exist to serve men” thesis, i think there is something like partnership happening in a good reationship. But he is correct that men and women have separate roles; and that modern women dont bring as much to the table as womrn used to, because they are self-absorbed, self-satisfied and they listen to much to their “homegirls” who are often motivated by bitterness and jealousy. If you want to know what a HVM wants, it’s really simple: he wants peace, because his role in the world is to go fight the war, the war of providing and surviving and protecting his family in a cold hard world. So he wants fit, feminine, friendly, yes somewhat submissive but no he’s not looking for a doormat to step on, he wants respect. Give a man those things and you will be shocked at the results you get. Dont fall for the modern woman BS, it’s not making women happy. The happiest women i know have kids, a dependable husband, enough time and financial security to enjoy those things. It can totally be yours. Be smart.

Just yesterday I replaced the bathroom sink, rebuilt my mowers carburetor and vacuumed my 2nd house. My 19 year old son complained to me last week that he has not found a woman yet who could out cook him and his cooking is just passable. Fast forwarding the story - I kindly let them skip the line with me because my boy was the security guard and they were extremely friendly. After saying my goodbyes to the two white girls, literally 30 seconds later - after walking up to the bar - a black girl turned at me and said “ni**a move! Why you so close to me?” I wasn’t near her nor paying her any attention. I was just waiting by the bar to buy a drink - keep in mind, I didn’t have not one drink before coming there. What did I do to deserved that type of behavior?

I remember in the Big Bang theory when Raj's parents suggested an arranged marriage situation to him and the friend group was arguing about it and Sheldon said "arrange marriages have been the norm up until the 20th century, if it worked for thousands of years why wouldn't it work now" and that really placed me in some deep thought back then; he was right on point. Marriage was never about love, it was used as a union of two great families, to bring forth peace or to strengthen an alliance. We just had the luxury not even 150 years now, to marry who we love and it's not going as well as anyone thought.

Could it be also because love is something that doesn't generally last and that at some point it is about relationships build on respect that last forever? Arrange marages might seem bad right now but look at what the result is when you leave love to rule the day.

Very good point. Marriage is responsibility and a "deal". Every person I've talked to thats married(15 years plus) has told me that. Love is just glue that holds everything together. Damn sure ain't the foundation. Real love is action. Fake love(what alot of women have today) is a feeling....

@UCMBI6ZTIn29mT7LTpgS2BVQ Yes, and commitment is a rational decision and that fake love that modern women have fouled to believe as real love is just a emotion and it is not rational and is not to be taken into account to create a relationship and marriage. Marriage has always been about material security for both men and women. As i always said to my buddies and close women in my life. In a relationship i always apreciated more a woman's respect and commitment than her love for me, why? because love as emotion tend to change always. Emotions do not make stable people and you need stable, rational people to make a marriage thrive and last. I cannot trust a woman who is in the relationship because just emotions. You cannot build a castle in sand.

I just feel like placing that solely on a woman's shoulder while teaching your sons to be pimps and players is why we keep losing... We have to teach both the male and female to protect their loins... She carries the child but she's carrying your legacy is how i explain it to my son... Not teaching your son the value of his seed enables him to just spread it wildly and to further not have to take responsibility you all say we kept it... Im one of those people who value life and its not my place to take it... I feel like preventing pregnancy is for both parties who are doing the deed... We can't keep having this one sided debate... Im one of those women who never had the option of a high value man and was simply told just don't date gangsters and drug dealers so i didn't but the men i did choose was broken like me... What i should've been taught was to heal my brokenness before my choosing because people prey on that... But this was different times... Now that i know better i teach my children better so they don't repeat my mistakes both my sons and daughters... I watch these videos for my daughters mainly to help them understand if you aren't willing to be this you are opening yourself up for hurt and to be single mothers because men teach each other to play women who are a certain way and use them for sex only... I love the part where he referenced the car. He was talking about my mother and her sisters. My mom: I need my car fixed. My uncle: Here's my friends car shop. My mom: He wanted to charge me this price... My uncle: This is a good price/rate for your car. My mom: I do not trust / like him. My uncle: Did he mistreat you. My mom: No, he's not, he's not I don't know. End result she (my mother) got a shade tree mechanic to fix her car without any warranty for a few dollars. So what was the problem she'd rather be cheeap but end the end it cost her more money to fix. All because she did not like something about the car shop. No Proof just all feelings.
