@JordanMitch Explosive exercise to train the chest and shoulders. It's similar to chest pull overs, but the concept is geared towards power. @steveramer123 All the Bogdanofs are beasts, but I'd wager most track athletes (excluding distance) of that caliber can jump higher on box jumps.
