Every year, California Strength has the good fortune to help prepare some of the best athletes in the country for the biggest job interview of their life - the NFL Scouting Combine. These football players will be evaluated on their worthiness to play in the NFL, and the months leading up to the Combine, their University Pro Days, and the NFL Draft have to prepare them to be in the best shape of their life. The hopes and dreams of playing in The League that they've fostered since childhood are on the line, and every day has to count. Stay tuned for more footage and watch out for these guys on Sundays next year!

All of you guys talking about how much you can squat than them don't realize that these guys are: 1. Skill group- bigger focus on speed, agility, and quickness 2. Are WAY more athletic than you are- don't kid yourself you can't achieve their speed, vertical, broad jump. And let's not even mention playing on the field like they can

Shayne Skov is a beast I hope he gets drafted high. Mel Kiper said he's undersized, man there aren't enough short or "undersized" linebackers.

They must've been going for a high number of reps. There were guys on my highschool team squatting more than that and they weren't built nearly as big as those guys.
