It’s definitely the most pain I have ever felt. 2 weeks after our 3 year relationship, he is confessing how he’s falling in love with her already. I didn’t even know there was a “her”. But love is a serious word. That’s what hurts the most, not the fact that he’s sleeping with her.

I want everybody to know that this video is spot on. This is exactly what is happening right now with my ex and her rebound. She jumped right in with him 2 weeks after our break up. I've been in NC for 6 weeks. Last night, she knocked on my door. She brought some CDs back and stayed for a couple hours. Spilled her guts to me. Said she moved in with him. Told me her ex was getting sick and tired of her talking about me to him. He's becoming very clingy and wants her by his side 24/7. She said she's not feeling the deep connection with him like she has with me. We even fooled around a little bit which, of course, if not healthy for their relationship. No contact is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. She's missing me and wondering about me. It's driving a wedge between the two of them. Do what Coach Lee says in this video. I doubted the situation and advice until I saw it work yesterday. Do not put the rebound guy on a pedestal or think he has something you don't. Stand back, stay strong, work on yourself, and stay in radio silent no contact. Let their relationship crash and burn on its own. It will. Don't force it or rush it and you just might get that knock on the door or text like I did. Trust it, people. Trust it. It works!!!j

The rebound relationship is more likely to fail, especially if they work together. Seeing each other everyday at work. Hanging out every weekend. It gets repetitive and your ex has no time to get away from their rebound and wonder about where this person stands. And yes, no-contact makes you a mystery. You’ll eventually become more and more appealing again to your ex as they wonder where you stand. It works! Stay strong!

Hello, i am inspired by your comment on this video and it gives me hope that I might have a chance to win him back... My ex is currently in a rebound relationship with his ex of 4 years who happened to be his neighbor in their province. They got reconnected while he was assigned there for almost 3 months now. if he is in a relationship after the break up...stay your distance and date other people DO NOT CALL HIM and show no weakness or bitterness (you can answer his calls every now and then but always get off the phone first, keep it brief )..its going to hurt but the pain will eventual fade away..I took Coach Lee advice and my ex is blowing me up ...but dont feed into that its breadcrumbs and if u want him or her back he need to drop the whole loaf..meaning: he need to verbally tell you he want to make it work if he is not saying that..then carry on and remember you are the Prize and show no emotions or weakness!! it will only feed their EGO

I found out about her only 2 weeks after the breakup. I think she was there the entire time too. You don’t just “lose feelings” and leave for no reason and be just fine with not talking to someone who was a big part of your life unless there’s someone else.

Agree. This kind of happened to me. No reason for the break up and was told she needed time to think about what she wanted via text message. That was 9 weeks ago. Photo appeared a couple of days of her in a restaurant with two drinks pictured and a male hand holding a pint. Could be anybody of course, but could well be somebody new. Trying to move on as deserve better.

Believe it or not it’s more common than you think women go to somebody else to take control especially if you didn’t put up with her bs. With my ex she straight up told me she left me because I was too attractive and I put her in her place too much. I know it sound like I’m joking or trying to not sound insecure but she really said that. Honestly sounded like BS to me but a lot of female friends and even my bros told me thats a “valid” reason when it comes to women to break up… after 7 years leaves me and 2 weeks later with a new dude? I’m supposed to think it’s valid? I’m sorry but leaving me like that messed me up mentally. I thought I wanted her back but thinking about it now, what do I look forward to if I get back with her? More lies and cheating? Even if she’s innocent, if she’s telling me she’s going to the store, in the back of my mind I’m going to think she’s gonna go see that loser. If you’re no longer in a relationship then it’s yours and the ex’s right to explore other avenues and perhaps even sleep with other people. It’s none of each other’s business what happens during separation. If reconciliation happens and get back together then the subject of date details with other people should never be discussed (no good can possibly come out from it and it’s not necessary)

Im on day 5 and heres why i would take my girlfriend back tomorrow. first, i know shes slept with another guy, she told me she did. of course she lied about it first and about how long theyve been screwing. but here are 2 reasons i would take her back: 1) i am still in love with her. yes, my god she hurt me doing what she did, like a hurt so deep its hard to breathe. but my love for her, our plabs for the future and her self-esteem are greater than the hurt i feel right now...otherwise id accept what she did and move on. 2）i want her to get a taste of the piece of shit shes fucking now so she can see just how good WE were together. i hope its nothing but raw, loveless sex 4 times a day...i hope he treats her like a slut, i hope he lies to her, i hope he cheats on her. i want her to see that i was sincere when i said i would make her my queen. i want her to experience someone who doesnt. i want her to realize she made a terrible mistake so that she and i really can be together forever.

The rebound relationship started while they were still with you. They left you once that person was interested. DO NO CONTACT The new person has to live up to the standards you set in your ex's mind. But do you really want someone back that can cheat like that? I certainly dont want to be with someone who can lie to my face for months. Having a partner with integrity gives me a sense of security I require in a relationship.

Success story! My ex left me for a co worker! I went no contact for a month worked on myself! When I reached out.. her rebound was already gone! It didn’t even take a couple weeks before he showed his true colors and she was done with him. She than missed me badly and realized that she messed up! The grass was not greener! She missed me badly! She unblocked me after one week of no contact! She’s so grateful for me to coming back! She knows my worth now and is more in love with me than ever! I never seen her so affectionate and loving!

I have been watching and listening to your videos for a while now. I have been in NC and you have been so helpful to me. IF I start to cave, I start listening and gain back the strenght to stay in NC. A friend told me she is furious with me and thinks I am stalking her. I immediately blocked her on FB. I find this is helping me because it increases NC. Not sure if I will ever go back with her, but I am working on myself feeling better every day. Thank you Coach Lee for all your help. As you mention, "unless they have narcissistic tendencies or some mental and emotional flaw" that enable them to just flick a switch... The problem is there are A LOT of people with those characteristics unfortunately, who can not process grief from a relationship or enjoy playing with people as objects. I start to believe I was used as a rebound and emotional crutch by my ex with borderline disorder.

My Ex was definitely not a narc but certainly had an Avoidant Attachment Style due to previous long term E & P abuse, and was extremely sensitive and hurt ( hidden) without being able to say. Result was she could suddenly flip the Off Switch savagely and never look back.

A bit more than a 2 year relationship. She absolutely loved me. Another guy came into the equation, she lost attraction because of my behavior. We used to do a lot of things but that went downhill fast the last 3 months. She broke up with me, we saw each other 2 days later on a saturday and she couldn't hold herself together. We cried and we were doing quite okay. Some small realizations and then we cried hard. We didn't want to lose each other. She even said she didn't want to break up but this is the best thing for now. I agreed. You can't force love. I now do the NC. Note: that doesn't mean ignoring her on purpose. I dont text call or snapchat her or contact her in any way. NOTHING. Until she reaches out to me. We even both did a wish. She said she thinks we wished the same. We even kissed again. Just one small kiss. And while hugging we kissed on each others cheeks. It went well and she said she wanted to see me again soon. But for now I'm going to work on myself. The other guy is still there and I dont care. If she goes with him then fine, I'll get over her even sooner. But they wont work out. And she will soon miss me I hope . Trust me i sometimes feel hopeless. I feel sick in my stomach. Havent eaten for days sometimes. Trust me. Apply the no contact, work on yourself. You WILL feel better. I will keep you guys updated, just watch the comments below or I will just edit this comment. Hopefully soon I'll be writing I have my love back. She is such a sweetie. I hope for the best

Sadly, i’m not convinced my ex’s new relationship is a rebound. We broke up over six months ago, and they’ve been together for roughly two months. I also know she’s been involved with this person before and they’ve reunited it seems. I just think mine is one of the minority cases where no contact hasn’t worked :(

Thank you coach lee. Two days ago I found out my ex of 11 years got into a rebound 2 weeks after he broke up with me. The worst is I had no clue especially because he was keeping my hopes by saying he loves me every two weeks. By saying I am the one, that he wants to have kids with me and build a family. And then I find out while he was constantly telling me this that he was with a persons. Even when I confronted him he still says he loves me and I’m the one. That he is/was with her because she gave him things I didn’t give him. When I found out I was super understanding with him. However the day after (yesterday) I still tried to keep my calm but at night I was mad and angry and upset. Thank you for this video, I will do exactly what you said showing understanding and stepping way from all this drama. Needless to say I feel completely betrayed and also feel sorry for the girl because she doesn’t even know he was all this time speaking with me and that we had sex several times while he was with her (I had sex with him not even knowing that he was with her). In sum , shitty person he is. After 11 years never expected this.

I confronted her - told her ge was still telling me he loved me & wanted to come home. Apparently she's a glutton for punishment because he's still there & treating her like shit from what she told me. But continued to keep me on a string throwing me crumbs every once in a while - still tells me he loves me, but won't leave her! WTF?? If you want to chat, I'd love a friend while going through this. So get this I work with my ex of six months, who went into a relationship with someone else that also works there. They got together less than three months after we split. We were together four years this time, with a previous relationship together for eight years. She is ditzy, and was cluesless that we had a history. She must have found out, because she approached me today and said, "I hope I haven't done anything to make you hate me". She said she didn't know that he and I had been together. She was really nervous, rocking back and forth from one foot to another. I was as cool as a cucumber. I'm sure she will tell him she talked to me, and he will flip! She is definitely anxious, and now that she knows about us...well...I hope she pushes him away. I'll be waiting right over here. Wtf? Who does this?

I know the longer you were together, the more likely they’ll start thinking about you and missing you, but does it help if you were involved in big life events for each other too? For example my ex was with me almost 3 years and in those 3 years she’s been to my mom’s wedding, my graduation (and i was at her’s) and we went to prom together

Yes of course. All those are most likely good memories and she will look back on those. Since this new guy has probably no memories with her at all and they just jumped into it then she will start to compare you to him and think back on your relationship.

I think it's quite the opposite. If she was with you for 10 years - she knows everything about you, she is bored of you. She needs new emotions and new dude she monkey branched to gives her better NEW emotions. And with you - she doesn't even speak to you, cause she doesn't want to feel the guilt. You don't exist - there is no trigger for guilt. Especially if she is diagnosed with BPD.

I know that there’s someone already in the picture before we finally ended things, our relationship went south cos I guess there’s no emotional attraction like coach Lee mentioned in one of his videos, we’ve been together for 2 years and knowing she moved on fast hurts but now I’m doing NC and focusing on myself, learn from past mistakes and improve on it, I don’t know what will happen but all I care about now is myself and watching coach Lee’s videos.

It seems like she really likes this guy and wants to wait on him lol. I’ve been moving on in the process and not interested in being back with her anymore. As someone whos been the rebound this is painful to hear. Said she caught more feelings than she wanted to. Ive never been in a relationship before so i wouldnt have known about all of this. I was head over heels, and from her side it heavily felt like it for a good while. Havent spoken with her in like 5 days now shes blocked me. Dunno whether shell get back with him, she said she wouldnt want to, in the end it doesnt matter much to me unless some of what she showed me was genuine. but damn me if things didnt play out how theyre described here. Its like she drove that wedge between us herself, we said wed work on that sure it hurts to know theres someone else in her heart but to my knowing shed have been worth that wait. My ex immediately broke up with me to date someone else. That was about 2 months ago. I haven't reached out at all but she has reached out twice. The latest time was to tell me how much she missed me and thinks about me all the time. I simply replied that I missed her as well but she made the choice to see him and I respected her decision and wished her the best. Even though she hasn't broken up with him I feel no contact has started to work on her. I don't know what the future holds and I'm sure she just wants to not feel guilty about hurting me. But clearly I am on her mind and separation anxiety from no contact has been an assest.

My ex was married before and we met around a year and a half after her separation, she still had photos with her ex on Instagram and I asked her to remove them, she did and after almost a year of her and me being together, I found out that she had her ex on Facebook and Instagram as a friend, and she says that she won't remove him because he doesn't bother her and he doesn't mean anything for her, she finally said that she will do it but asked for time, a week later she broke up with me now I understand that I was in a rebound relationship and most likely she won't comeback with me and she will come back with her ex.

Thank you for these videos, I’m going through a really though break up I took the relationship for granted and after 5 years she told me she didn’t have the same feelings for me, I know it’s my fault and I’m kicking myself for it. The breakup was hard but finding out she is with someone else has been an absolute killer, I’m hoping it’s just a rebound thing and we can still rekindle what we had, she’s kind of acting out of character and doing things she normally wouldn’t, I’ve been in no contact for nearly 3 weeks (apart from a merry Christmas message I sent her). I’m trying to get on with my life but it hurts a lot and at times I’ve thought about giving up I’m remaining strong for now though and becoming the best version of me I possibly can.

I'm doing the NC. Me and my ex where in a 11 year relationship, it ended due to a lot of reasons , she begged to come back but I had to get away for selfish and mental issues, about 5 months after shes dating someone. Truth be told, I never wanted to break up with her, I was going through something and needed to get away from everyone. I do want her back. So hopefully this NC thing works

My ex of 10 years got into a rebound and the rebound tried to do all the things that you said but went a little step to far and now she’s 8 months pregnant. She got herself pregnant 3 months into dating her & now he feels trapped with her all because she knew he was wanting to come back to me…. Talk about karma 😂

My ex called me yesterday after 2 months saying how much she missed me. How she everything reminded her of me. And she lined up someone new before she broke up with me.. I really dont know what to do but the no contact really worked. She tried reaching out to me few days before, waited the next day and gave her a quick response. The next day she sent me an essay on how she felt. Waited another 8 hours to reply and got a call. It worked for me but I dont know what I want anymore.

Guys dont do it. I learned the hard way. If they leave you for someone else, leave them behind. They will keep contact with this person. The moment you take them back, they lose respect for you. It's a sick way to go but it's true. Got back together a few months ago, didnt work out again and she went back to the dude and now shes pregnant with him. Pretty messed up. Please stay away from that. You'll never look at em the same. Ever.

When I think about my ex’s rebound, even for a moment, I feel totally nauseous. I was with him for 14 years and his mom won’t even respond to me!!! I wasn’t bad. I haven’t even been with another man for over 14 years!!! Wtf!! In fact, everyone who knows me (even long term friends and such) say how sweet and nice I am. I’m heartbroken! I understand why she would feel the need to shut down and such but what will she do when we get back together? Hes been messaging me the whole time. He’s not Done and neither am I

This is exactly what happened to me. 3 years we were together and she all of a sudden over a petty text fight, she broke things up with me in the end of feb. I notice her change of behavior around.... late october. Thats when the red flags were showinf but me being stupid ignore it. Long story short, a friend of mine fish her out (she didn't know this was my friend) that she has a new boyfriend, she patiently waited 6 years, he is a good father to her kids, that he is her soulmate. I was so shook and heart broken reading that... i did a lot of diggin.. who could it be? Still not 100% sure but is her "best friend" she knew long ago .. makes sense.. she mention him before sayin that he has a crush on her "sister" all lies he was there waiting like a vulture on her. He took advantage when she got emotional and thats how it happened. What are the odd of them workin out? From being friends, to now lovers.

Well this happened to me, my ex was spamming me with texts and calls a few weeks back when she was out partying with this new "friend". Few days later i hear that they are in a relationship :'( She still seems curious cause she keeps asking my friends if im with them, few days back she saw a picture of me on snapchat and she started asking some of her stuff back

After 3 weeks of break up my ex had a new gurl and the girl keep on posting in all of her social accounts. She's also the reason why we broke up since she's always available for him while we are fixing our relationship and finally she got him.. I have been in no contact for a while now , I ain't got a phone call , a knock at the door , no nothing . 😂 It's like he love me , he loves me not , it's like somebody throwing a coin up in the air to see if it's heads or tails when it falls . He said he fell out of love on me and met someone else that made her happy. I let him go and trying to move on now. Though at times, I still cry over the break up. Hi Lee, l ve been watching youtube stuff about rebound and no conact since 2months now but l think your channel is the best. l trust in you. My ex and me been together for 1yr. in March we been a long holiday in South East Asia and after that we should finally move together. At the airport she broke up with me. l did all that begging and stuff. She was always replying. We live in different countries since 3 months now. l txt her 1-2x since that but she never replied and blocked me everywhere 1 month after. A friend just told me she is in a new realtionship since July18th.. My last msg was to try her get on phone to build attraction but she never replied so l did not call.

There’s nothing you can do here but stay in complete no contact. Either she reaches out to you or you move on. I recommend moving on as best you can.

I hope her " rebound realtionship " ends till then :) she told me and l felt that l was the love of her live, and for me too it was the best girl l hv ever had. l think non stop on her.
