I agree. It has nothing to do with millennial's. Who is a millennial? Are they all the same person? Do all of them have the exact same skill set, personality, intelligence? This is a simple matter of a idiot who can't accept responsibility. She blames being a millennial because it is a easy scapegoat. ( Honestly, I thing grouping up entire generations like "Millennial's, Gen x etc is stupid in and of itself. It just sets the stage for discrimination and prejudice, grouping people who don't deserve it in with the few that actually might). She makes me so bloody angry. The host's of this show are saints, I can't believe they haven't snapped at her yet. I would likely not have lasted more then two, maybe three episodes before losing it on her.
@FukaiKokoro5 жыл бұрын
I am a millennial and have never used a phone while driving. Never been in a accident. I am a decent human being. She’s just a shitty person who doesn’t deserve the right to use technology and shouldn’t have the right to drive. Things like technology and driving are privileges and if you show total apathy you don’t deserve to have that privilege.

In any group of people, doctors, carpenters, millennials, etc., there are all kinds of people! Hopefully, in all groups or people or things, we hope for a statistical "Bell" curve! Most millennials will be good drivers, some really good ones, and some really bad ones! That's it! Doesn't matter what artificial era made up by the media one is born in! I was born in April, so call me an Aprilian, and I will collect data about people born in April, and see how little that means. Grouping things on such superficial levels is simply ridiculous! Krystal is just a dim-witted, lazy, spoiled brat, the type of person we can find through-out human history. Nothing to do with the era she was born in. I think I have seen at lest 4 different definitions of what years the actual millennial era spans. Just a thing made up by the media. Means just that!

I posted the following comment on the page of an episode of Barely Legal Drivers: "Here is the comment I posted in response to the video 'But I Wasn't Speeding - People Behaving Badly': 'When I think of comments from any of the episodes of BBC 3's Barely Legal Drivers ("Barely Legal Drivers s01e02 Kayla and Bradley pdtv mp4"), the most memorable excerpt, of ex-traffic cop Judith's putting a young Bradley [like Krystal, a millenial] in his place: "...At one point, you're doing 49 [mph (79 km/h)] in a 30 [mph (48 km/h) zone]....I just don't get from you that you're taking this all in. You just sit there and you're thinking: 'Oh, yeah, well, it's only just a little bit over.'...there might be people that drive faster than you. It strikes me that...that...it's always someone else's fault. As soon as you get behind the wheel, that vehicle is YOUR responsibility!" At another point, Bradley was caught doing 51.6 mph (83 km/h) in a 40 mph (64 km/h) zone. To that, Judith replied that she would've stopped him and 'given him a ticket.' The speeding Prius woman deserved a ticket because she wasn't nabbed for doing just a few mph over the 30 mph posted speed limit, but >10 mph more.' A film crew, from Canada's Worst Driver, shot the bio of Krystal (a nominee who was selected to participate in season 12 of CWD), was, according to the show's host (Andrew Younghusband) that, as he put it to her in episode 1: 'Krystal terrified the crew who shot her bio last week so much that no one [from that crew] will ride with her.' Krystal's annual insurance premium had been about CDN$10,000 (a bit over £ 5,000) when CWD season 12 was being filmed in summer 2016. A lot of people pay far less than that for their motor insurance." I must add that Judith Roberts used to work for London's Metropolitan Police, and is a well-respected motoring expert. CWD Krystal is not.

I'll try to give my best definition: It is derived from the word 'millennia', which is a fancy way to say a thousand years. In today's world, millennials are those who were born around the turn of the century. I fit into that category (born in 1996), but it's safe to say that Krystal was born in either 1987 or 88.

Lou was definitely not the worse driver. She was just an inexperienced driver, like a 15-17 year old who is trying to learn to drive the first time. She just needs more private training. Daniella needs some serious therapy for her anxiety before she does any driving. She can drive, but has a bigger problem. Tyler... I dunno. He has brain damage and THEN he became alcoholic, which probably damaged his brain more. He probably needs to see a neurologist. Krystal is... a mess.

The worst part is it's easy to think something like that won't happen since this is a very strict, controlled environment, but it DID happen in Netherland's Worst Driver. I haven't seen any episodes from that show, but I do know the host was run over and sent to the hospital. I'm pretty sure the safety regulations are better now because of it, but Andrew (and the rest of the crew) are not exactly safe. Especially when driving around in the city.

Happened in Season 1 episode 1, the host Ruben Nicolai and a cameraman got hit and had to be sent to a hospital. In the second season one of the candidates hit an expensive old time at high speeds causing about €10.000,- in damages. The first episode of the Third season got a candidate pulled over by the police for speeding and while searching his car they found an amount of weed exceeding the amount one is allowed to have with him in his car.

Do they _have_ to name only two? Krystal behaves like a spoiled child who doesn't know her limits and thinks she can blame others when she thinks no one's looking (although there are cameras and microphones everywhere). Daniella blanks whenever she panics, meaning that she leaves her actions up to her often-mistaken instincts in even mildly challenging situations. Also, it really says something when there are two people with brain damage on the show, and they're _both_ ahead of you in recognizing what's going on.
@captaintalon44857 жыл бұрын
Ben N Season 8 ended in a tie with Flora and Kevin both "winning" the title because of both overall challenge performance and their public drives. If we were to go on challenge performances Daniella is probably the worst as Krystal has passed some of the tougher challenges. At this point though it will have to be the final drive that determines the "winner" they could tie if both final drives are equally terrible

I'm disturbed that Krystal isn't really making any effort to change her ways in terms of texting and driving. It's ballsy to do that when in front of people who are trying to get through her thick skull. Also, just when I think her disrespect for others couldn't get any higher...Kudos, Krystal! You've managed to prove me wrong about you. (P.S. it's not in a good way!). At this point, in terms of drama, I don't see how any future seasons could top this one. More than any other season, I'm scared to see what will happen in the finals. I've never been on board with the comments from previous episodes wishing death to Krystal, as I felt they were in extremely poor taste. This episode though, might be my threshold, so I hope she DOES hit a BRICK WALL.
@tylermarchand29967 жыл бұрын
If her drive is anywhere near Kevin levels of bad, then Cam should do that. I've also noticed how she has managed the impossible feat of upsetting EVERYONE, including the THERAPIST of all people. Honestly, if I were Steven, I'd have given up on her years ago and reported her to the Ministry of Transportation myself. Depending on how you look at it, he either doesn't care enough (for not reporting her himself), or he cares too much. If Canada has anything remotely similar to America's Purple Heart (awarded to those killed or seriously injured in battle), then Steven and possibly Andrew should receive it.
@captaintalon44857 жыл бұрын
I might add that none of Krystal's behavior is normal by any means. There's no reason for this level of hostility towards Andrew or the panel. There's no reason she should be in fist-fights with her brother in the first place and the violent mood swings are also incredibly disturbing. I'm starting to wonder if Shaymala is catching on to something in the therapy sessions because none of what Krystal is exhibiting is what a normal person has

And I am getting more and more pissed at Daniella. "I don't know what happened"...playing dumb and shifting responsibility to everyone but herself. Well if you black out during driving, buy a buss pass. Driving is not obligatory. I like it how they stopped patting them on the shoulders and showed that they are really pissed at Krystal and Daniella. And rightfully so. Can the host come to America, and do America's worst driver? Now THAT would be entertaining
@clintonwatrin51646 жыл бұрын
TheZombieWolf94 There was an America's worst driver. Alonzo Bodden and Jill Simonian were the hosts. It was a different setup in the USA than it is in Canada. There was a buzzer in each person's car that would go off whenever the driver would break a law, to name one.

Who's Krystal texting? Who would be friends with that angry lesbian?
@ambrosa346 жыл бұрын
You can tell by looking at her and her attitude. She has a chip on her shoulder but please don't think this is a normal behavior from the LGBT community because it's not 😯

It sucks to hear people brainwash themselves "I can't do this, I give up, I should quit, I don't know what I'm doing (x1000)"

I had a V70 for a while, they’re probably one of the easiest cars to park, simply because they are basically square shaped :P Very easy to know where all the corners are.

I have an idea. People who drive under the influence of technology should have their phones and technology privileges taken away for ten years. That would hit them harder than having a suspended license.

As scared as I'd be of sharing the road with Krystal and Tyler I'm 100% sure Daniella is gonna be named Canada's Worst Driver solely based on the fact that she still can't drive
@OneProudBBC6 жыл бұрын
Daniella might have been a Jillian 2.0 (although she also lacks driving skills), but I would have still given the honors to Krystal. Krystal would have been my pick (and still is) since... EPISODE 1.

if Krystal wants to leave so bad whats stopping her?? is she not permitted to leave? im sick of her cursing at good people for no reason but on the other hand its important she drives safely willingly. booting her wouldnt serve anyone. damn they got patience! Krystal Wtf! end the disrespect you may regret it when ppl see you in the real world again. i dont live anywhere near you and i hope i never will. Seriously Krystal its not just a tv show. Millennial to millennial.

Do you even have a driving test in Canada? I fucking failed in Europe because I touched a curb during parking. How the fuck did those human beings get their licence?
@DrHaydentheFunny7 жыл бұрын
N3ssaya Yes, but the contents of the test depend on the province.
@n3ssaya9727 жыл бұрын
We have to do a U turn, start from a hill with at least 10% with handbrake, bay parking, parallel parking, reversing around a corner... And you have two tries for every one of those.
@Armor23OnPatrol7 жыл бұрын
N3ssaya Canada testing system is flawed and the test in canada is less strict than Europe. Tho just be glad ur in Europe tho we have a ton of bad drivers here esp downtown areas
